As the title says, this book was adorable and enchanting. I would recommend this to those who love cozy romances with some higher stakes and more mature subject matter. 

It’s kind of like 6 different plots thrown into one book, but overall (despite Eli being creepy) it was quite cute. 

I thought this book would never end. Extremely disappointing as a book labeled as feminist, this book had the main character apologizing constantly even to someone trying to kill her at the very end. Mary went on and on about how unremarkable she was, how dumb she was, etc. the entire book so profusely and repetitively that it made up roughly 60% of the text rather than the plot taking that room. Oh, the plot…. No true justice at the end depressingly down on women, even the ending doesn’t make any of it better. If you want to be annoyed by horrible characters and constant self hatred and depressed by how willingly even women are to treat themselves horribly, go on and read it. Even to the very end, Mary drones on about how unnoticeable and unremarkable she is instead of learning from any part of the story and putting some self confidence in her mind. I’d go as far as to say the label of feminism is a blatant lie and all this story really did was waste my time. 

It was fine and fun until the breeding and bottling semen came into play. Those were  unwelcome turns…

Not a horror book. If you’re looking for horror, look elsewhere. It was a mid book, not bad not good, about relationships and hardships. More a drama than anything with some mild gore thrown in. 

Very cute. I’m not huge on  romances but I had to give this one a try, and I don’t regret it at all. Lovable characters, great plot, and gave me all the fuzzy feels. 

A dark short story that I wish was much longer. The premise is unique and interesting, the characters relatable and well fleshed out, and the horror parts of it were quite eerie. If it had been a couple hundred more pages and had a few more scenes it may have very well been five stars for me. 

Wow is all I have to say. The way the story was told from beginning to end was unique and kept me super engaged! One of the best horror books I’ve ever read. The whole time the more I learned the more my opinions on the characters would evolve and change. Wonderful storytelling. 

Other than Nora’s personality being “angry and mean” the entire book with no growth, this was a super cute and cozy read. I loved it.
