A heartwarming story about finding love after loss set within the context of trusting God as a Christian believer. It was sweet, calming and inspiring

O. M. G! This book is worth all of the hype and more!!! What a story! What a rollercoaater ride! I might come back and try to do justice with this review but right now I’m just in awe of what I just read! I’m simultaneously excited and scared to read the next book!

I was enjoying this book so much I forgot to keep updating my journal here! lol! I just really really loved how mature both Rob and Iris were in their approach to their attraction, being open about where they were in their lives but being open to allowing themselves to let each other in. The banter between the girl friends and the guy friends was delightful, I caught myself literally laughing out loud many times. So I’m hoping to read about each character’s love story in the next books. 

This is going on my list of favourite books and I’ve found a new favourite author in Kristina Forest. 
This book gave me so so much joy! This is probably the best romance I’ve read that adequately portrays bookworms falling in love. I love this so much! And the focus on the emotion with just the right amount of physical attraction gave me exactly what I’ve been looking for in romances lately. I highly recommend this book!

I started out loving this as I tend to enjoy grumpy x sunshine romances. I loved Gwen and Anthony. However, I would have loved more of their emotional connection to come through 

Abby Jimenez is simply one of my favourite authors. Her books are absolute perfection.
Ugh I’m experiencing all the feels after reading this

I loved this so much, especially enjoyed the experience because I listened to it on audiobook. The narrators did such an amazing job especially the second story Plus One. I fell in love with Hendrix and Rylee/Riley’s love story which is the second in the collection😍 In order of most favourite to least favorite though I enjoyed it : story 2-Plus One; story 3-Press Rewind; & story 1-Whipped, Battered and … Overall this was a good, quick and cozy read with a moderate amount of spice 

This novella follows the story of Joy and James, former high school sweethearts who lose touch once they head to college. They reconnect over Christmas while volunteering and what they thought were dead embers quickly spark back to life. 

This was such a cute quick read with a touch of spice that was surprising but in a good way. The author managed to pack quite a lot of depth in such a short book and I throughly enjoyed it. I didn’t feel like anything was missing, it was perfect. Equal parts sweet and spicy.

Such a beautiful Christmas love story! It felt longer than the 85 pages because the author gave the characters so much depth! I loved not just the romance between Malachi and Sinaa but also the depictions of sibling love , parental love and found family love. This is the first book I’m reading by the author and it has made me an immediate fan of hers. 

I really wish this could be a full-length book. With that said, in spite of how short it is, the author managed to get me invested in the main characters really quick and there were no loose ends anywhere. I thoroughly enjoyed this
