I just didn't care 

Great writing but the storyline wasn't clicking with me and with so much else on my tbr I didn't want to push it. Soft dnf may come back in the future when in a different mood.

DNF at 20% - promising storyline but never felt compelled to return to it. Would have been more appealing as a novella or shorter novel.

Didn't need a sister essentially sexually assaulting her sister to make sure she's still a virgin. Noped out at that point.

DNF at 13% - beautiful writing but thinking about it, I don't like the main character or the person who will fit the enemy to lover trope and I'm not really excited for that storyline.

Love the Sci fi, think the premise outside of the romance is interesting and the writing is lovely but I'm not really interested in committing to a predominatly romance storyline.

Picked this book because of its cover, should have dug a little deeper i think. 

Just didn't work for me at the moment. Will keep hardback and try in future

Great premise but the characters and narrative voice didn't work for me. Really disliked the useless father trope for Ben and got tired of it and his agonising over his exwife very quickly. 
Premise reminded me of The Silent Patient in several respects which I enjoyed but unfortunately this one wasn't for me.

Just wasn't feeling it.
