I wanted to love this, but I didn’t. I loved the story and the writing is beautiful, but I didn’t feel as moved or connected to the characters as I wanted. Great book, just not the best.

Loved this book! Very easy read. Not five star because at times I felt like the book slowed down and parts were added that did nothing for the story. Overall I thought it was great and can’t wait to continue the series

2.5 stars really. I understand why this book is so hyped, but it was too slow for my likely. I felt like this could have been cut in half but instead it was just dragging on. Not for me, but I know it’s a good book for others

I really enjoyed this book! I loved the 90s vibes and the way the author added humor along with some truly graphic and horrific scenes. Some of them made my jaw drop in disbelieve. This was such a fun read and perfect for spooky season!
