this is the kind of thing a lot of people don't understand; mental illness is a real sickness and it really hurts the people who have any form of it. if you know someone with mental illness, don't try telling them that they're doing it on purpose or that they're making excuses. ask them how you can help and give them your support.

after reading a bunch of heavy books in the past couple weeks, this cute, light, and funny book was just what I needed. I loved it!
