I enjoyed this book. I was more attached to the the self discovery elements in this story more then the romance. I really love the main character and her struggles with school and also her relationship with her mother. I felt the romance plot was a tad predicable but I did enjoy porter as a character. I also really enjoyed the friendship dynamics that were showcased. I liked how the book was focused on college and not high school. It was fun read overall.

I loved this book more then the first. I loved story and also the dynamics between the character. It was also such a different type of story then book one. I am growing to love Kat character. Her crew is just the best group of people. I can not express my love for simon. I loved nick role in this book it was a nice surprise. It was such a fast pace novel and i really must read the next one soon.

I really enjoyed this book. It was a prefect fairytale story. I thought it was a tad on the longer side but that was not a bad thing. I really enjoyed both main characters and how the sides of good and evil and who is that and who is not changed throughout the novel. I loved the fairytale lore that was created for this story. It was a complicated story that lost me at points but i really liked the messages and the characters of this story.

I really enjoy this story. I loved the main character so much and also the mystery and self discovery elements that were the lead stuff in this story. I wish walker was in the story more but i just loved the premise of this novel and how the lack of olivia memories made this story even more complicated to read. It was a fast pace read. I just wanted more walker at this start of this strory. If you like don't look back i would rec. this novel as well!

I loved this book so much. It was a lovely sequel to the first book in this series. I loved the way this story really focused on Holmes and Watson friendship. I loved both the case and the characters that came into the story. It def was a step up in from book one. I loved the adorable illustrations and also who the "villian" was in this story. I also really enjoyed the how the mystery was developed and how it really effected the main characters. It was such a fun read and grew to love John even more!

*i got an arc of this from Book con*
This book was beyond powerful and heartwrencing. I really grew to love leah throughout this novel and really loved her relationship with seb. This book was not an easy read but the message I feel needs to be heard by all high school students. I love how this book was structured and how we learned about the story. I thought the I did a very nice way of reflecting teenage life and also make leah become a complicated character. The book did make me teary eye at points and did shock it me but it was so well done.

I gave this book 4.5 as a review. I also got this book from book con for my honest thoughts!

I really loved this book. I loved the world building so much and also how diverse this cast was and it did not even really notice because it was done she subtly. I was so captivated by this world. I thought Marie Lu did a great job crafting this story and only one twist towards the end of the book I thought was very obvious but so of the other twists were so well done it blew me away. The end left me with so many questions and I need book two. It was a fast pace thrill ride and if you like ready player one or just like playing video games I think you would love this book.

* I got this book from ALA and this is my honest thoughts*

I really liked this book. It was fun read. The multiple time periods was a blessing and curse in this novel because I was much more invested in the present storyline and Emma and Alex relationship and that is what kept me reading. I felt like the sister relationship was very uniquely done and not a type of relationship I have seen in the novel. It had some very fascinating relationship drama between them. I loved the survival aspects of this story and that is what motivated me to keep reading. It was a bot heartbreaking novel but also dealt with survival and that is what kept me reading. It is a cute summer read but also dealt with harder topics that kept me engaged as well.

I really loved this book. It was such a fast pace read. I just adored shane and how he took his own heartbreak and tried to help other people. I just loved how is advice made so much sense and how prideful he was in his cases. I just really loved this story and especially seeing all the side stores that shane helped create and also the story lines between Shane and Jak. It was adorable story and i just loved shane as led character. I found this book so funny and was laughing out loud so often. I would def. read this story again and again.

I got this book for free from Netgally*
I loved the main character of this character so much. I loved how she was gender fuild and how hat was such a small part of the story. It was so well done in the story and put the focus on so many other then her appearance. It gave me massive throne of glass vibes to the assissan elements and I will admit the way the characters were named did add to my confusion. The story did kept me turning the page and was a great first book in the series but I am curious where book two will go and what will occur next. It made want to keep reading but i do hope the world building is expanded in future books in this series because I still have questions.
