I really enjoyed this read. It was a very twisty and a book that the turns i did not expect. I Am always a fan of anmeisa plot lines. This book also like Kara previous books really focused on morally gray characters. I also really enjoyed the various time lines we got and how this Mystery. Was def not what i expected. It had hints and elements that reminded me of I killed zoe spans. But such a solid quick read!!

I loved this book so much. I have always really enjoyed reading Riordan books and always loved seeing the world he created. I loved diving into this retelling. I also really loved the main characters. The structure of the schools, reminded me of HP but the way the "houses" were crafted make so much more sense is focuses more on working together and less on competition. It was a super fast pace read. I also loved all the side characters that we met. This book was realistic science fiction focus but with sci fi twist. I really flew through this book and really hope we get more books in this world!

I thought this was a fun read. I really liked both characters and also loved how the world was built in this read. I look foward to future books as the world gets more complicated. I also thought the romance was fun and engaging. It def a very steamy read and i was not expecting that but it was a fast read. I also loved the male baker aspect and it was a very fun read!! I will def check out book 2!!

This was a fun listen. I think i still prefer the previous series, this book I enjoyed a little bit more then book one. I also liked that this book expanded the world a bit. I also did like the adventure in this story, It went in a direction, I did not expect. It was a fun read, but def not a new favorite!

I really liked this read. It was like stars hallow on magic. I also normally love second chance romances and really did like this story. I also liked how the family was featured in this read. I also again really liked the duel POV of the story. I also liked all the "curse" elements that had to be drafted during this read. I thought it was a very quick read and the ending felt like it could have been fleshed out a bit more, but really loved the world that was built!!

I really loved this read. I loved that it was a unique murder mystery with a paranormal possibility. It was a so refershing to have a sole male character and loved the structure of this read looking back on a past. I also love the muder mystery protocal elements and also the teasing of the paranormal elements. It was a super quick read. It was a quite story focusing on only two main characters and the relationship that captured the novel. But I also really did enjoy the side characters. It was super fun and prefect fall read!!

I liked the twisty and turny mystery. I also really found how this story was loosely inspired by jane erye it also a gothic elements that i enjoyed. I also really enjoyed the various POV that we got and thought it was thriller that i did not not see the ending or twists coming. It was super fast pace story, but all of the characters were super unlikeable and that did hinder my enjoyment, but it reminded of the a list but with murder!! Really liked listening to this book as well!

I really enjoyed this read. It was not the book i expected to read, I am really loved the male main character and this so rare to find in a ya read. I also really liked the haunted house and ghost elements. I also really liked the trio of characters that was the hear of this read. I also loved the realtionship between him and anna it gave me eerie vibes that i saw in her newest book all their bodies. It had a horror elements but was more spooky and not scary. I really loved this quick read and really want to read book 2!

I really did not what to expect when I picked up this read. I had heard some mixed reports, but I really loved this book. I also loved how this book was regency romance with a magical twist. I also loved how this book focused on sisters and sisterhood. It was a very quick read, i also really loved the romance at the heart of the read, I did not expect to get a romance that I loved. It was such a fun read, I hope in future books that world building gets expanded. I really loved this read!

I really loved learning more about the Mong culture. I also really loved how this book was an adventure that focused on the brother and sisters realtionships. I also thought this was super fun and fast pace read, I also like that is story focsued on two girls trying frantically to save the world. I also loved all the various creatures we meet in this read. This book was erriee and creepy but not horror. It had so many classics "rirodan" moments. Will def be checking out more books with this characters!
