I really loved this book. I thought it was the prefect balance between princess diaries, what a girl wants and the royals. I loved how this book really explored Japan's culture and also how the young girl life was turned on it head when she found it was unexpected princess. It was a super fast pace read. I also really loved the romance the developed. I really liked how i felt like this book took me to Japan. I will def check out the sequel. This book also had so many important convos about being Japanese in american. I loved it and am excited to see what this author writes next!

I thought this book had a slow start. I struggled a little bit at the start to tell the various pOV apart. I thought the end of the book def took the cake with so many unexpected twists and turns. I really loved the ending. This book had so many vibes of jennifer lynn barnes reads that def tied into the family connection. Once I got into the read, I had a hard time putting it down. It was a fast pace read and by the end i def did grow to love all the characters!!

I thought this was fun quick pace read. I think this is also a great bridge book between middle grade and YA. I also did like the mystery element that was fun and engaging. I struggled a little bit to feel connected to the character. I really loved the the culture and background elements. I also found this to be quick read. It thought this mystery was had to figure it out and would be def read more by this author in the future.

I really loved this graphic novel and think this is def one of my favorite reads of this series. I really loved the plot sort of uncovering why this holiday was important. It was a really fun read. I aslso loved the new characters that we got to meet and just being with ange and the gang again. I also really loved he toph got her moment to shine and really dived into her past. I am def excited to read more set in this world.

I really enjoyed this read. I thought this book also tackled some new friendship issues both in the core group but also the complexities of new friendship. I also thought this book also explored how to life balance for middle school kids. As a adult, I still struggle with that and found that to be refershing topic. I read this book in on siting. Such a fun series!!

I thought this was such a fun read. I have really enjoyed all the others books in this series. This book really felt like it took my greece. Since i have not been able to go any where fun recently. I also really loved the adventure element that connected back to Atlantis. I also liked how this book really focused on self disoccary but also the super complicated relationship with her father. I struggled a little bit with the main character at points but she grew on me as the story went on. I also loved the male lead so much and thought it was such a solid summer read!!

I really thought this was such a fun take on witch story. It gave me massive vibes of both shadow and bone but also the princess will save this time. I also loved the main romance in this read. It def explores my fav love troupe and it was def one of my favorites. I also loved how this book did have both magic element but was also very focused on the potlics of the world. I will def check out book two, the romance def captures me and i was suprised by the cliffhanger. I def want to read this authors first series as well.

I really loved this new series form this author. I also want to give warning. This book does deal with pandemic like situation. I loved both characters. I really also enjoyed that this book because it has some political themes that I really enjoyed. I found some of the earlier plot points a bit predicable but as the story went on the twists and turns surprised me. I also really loved the brother realtionship that was the focus of this read. I also really loved all the side characters and am curious to see how this story will be structured. Def excited for book 2 !!

I love this story so much. Another story set in this world. I also loved seeing how far these characters came from before we see them in the main series. I really loved not only seeing the origin story of Goldilocks but also the new characters we meet. I also really loved the art style and thought the chris added so many political undertones to the story that i LOVED. I am super excited to read anything else set in this world.
