I really loved this short story collection. Simon had always been my favorite character and I loved all of these stories. i def loved the final two stories the most. I also loved the moments about Malec in this series. It was a great. cont. from heavenly fire. I think my least fav. stories will make more sense after I read lady midnight. This collection of stories made me laugh and cry and if you love Simon YOU need to read this collection!

I found this to be super strong start to a fantsay series. I think this book had a solid start. I liked this book had both elements of both found family and also fantsay. I really loved the magic system that was developed around dragons. I wish the start of the book would have been a bit better at making the five dragons more clearer about who was who. But I loved how this for short book really had complete story and changed the game some much in only 300 pages. I thought some of the plot points happened super fast but it was fun engaging read. I really loved clay as main character and exited to read more soon!

I found this book to be prefect read for right around halloween and really loved how this book tackled ghosts and ghosts hunting. I also really enjoyed how this book developed "golden" trio element. I also really loved the school setting as well. I though the world building in this book was solid and easy to follow. I really grew to love the characters. This was fun and spooky read that had took me by suprise. If you like books like prosper redding this might be a good read for you!

I found this book to such a fun fantsay read. I thought this book was such a great series and found it to be a good mix between Keeper of the lost cities, Divergent and Hunger Games. I really also like how this book focus on twin dynamics. I loved the magic system so much and loved how it focused on the arts! I thought that was so fun! I also really liked the eleements of found family that was featured. This was great series starting and one that am so excited that i read. hope to read more book in this series in the future.

I found this to such a fun read that focused on ghost hunting, haunted houses and family. I also really liked the two lead characters in this book and how this book had a nice balance between parents and kids. I though the start was a bit confusing because we had so many plots to focus on but overall it was really fun read. I thought the ending was much clearer and really liked it. The ending me reminded me of some of the elements of charmed the original series. I also liked the diversity of the read and would def read more books set in this world.

I really had a had time putting this book down. I grew to love rowan so much. I also adored all the characters we met. I thought the pacing of this book was so solid and one that I loved. I just adored this read and will be waiting for book 2!

I really loved this 90 romp and found it to the the prefect summer read. This read features some of my favorite elements including flash from the back friendship, summer jobs, mystery elements and a one location. I thought this book tackled self discovery so much. I really loved how this book tackled 90 elements. I felt this book was a fun read. It was a book that made me smile. This book is def one i would rec if you like morgan matson and or Kasie west.

This book was a joy to read. I was so invested in these characters in this read. I was fascinated by the world building so much. I also thought that that the three POV really expanded the world. I found this book to such a fast pace read. This book was so much fun. I had such a hard time predicting the plots and it was a great read. I thought the end had some many new elements but they really made me excited for book 2. I really loved the characters in this book and they made me so happy. I also really enjoyed the side characters so much and hope they get featured more in future books. such a good read.

I did listen to this audio book and that that did enhance the reading experience because it was read by the author. I do follow this gather nest on youtube and found this to be fun read that dived into the anglea and her family life. Most of this information was stuff i knew from their channel but I did like learning more about the this family background and angela life in general. This book does focus on faith and that is not always my thing but it was enjoyable listen and I loved angela voice and how she told her story. I thought she did a good job with sharing her life story and also giving subtle life advice. A quick listen but one I enjoyed.

I found this to be engaging read that focus on myths, growing up and friendship. I also loved how this book focus on young minority girl and really loved how Chicago was the setting of this book. I thought the villain of this book lord of shadows was a fun villain and loved how the myth world was developed. I also like maya and her parents dynamics in this read. I thought the pacing of this book was not as strong as should have been and i also thought there was some massive info dump moments but i grew to love the world and the characters. I will def be checking out book 2!
