I really enjoyed this novel and thought it was the prefect mix between three dark crowns and pretty little liars. I found this book to be super fast pace read and also found the three girls to be very compelling. I loved the various POV and also the magic system was so well crafted and really easy to understand. The writing and pacing made this book so fast to read. I thought the world is so rich and can't wait to see what happens next. I felt equally invested in not only the girls but also the secrets they are holding. I also loved the representation in the novel.

* I got this book for review for my honest thoughts*

I really enjoyed this book and found it def be a darker fantasy novel but I would call it more a historical fiction novel. I would be intrigued if some type of magic system becomes more obvious in future books. I was equally invested in both lead characters storyline and liked the duel POV of the story. I really flew through this book and I thought the world building and the various mysteries were engaging. I wish the ending was less predictable but I will def be checking out book 2!

I thought this was the prefect magic/ fantasy story. I just flew through this novel. The world building was def the stand out in the novel. I also just loved the strong female characters that populated this novel. I did love the duel POV that we did get and also the magic system that was developed. I thought this book was def lighter in topic but I really loved the character and this world and really can't wait to read the other books in this series.

I loved this book. I love how compicated the story was and also how so many characters were addressed in the story. The story did have adorable romance but so much more with friendship, parents and also art thrown in. I love the boy and girl drama but it was such a fast pace read and i loved the call back to the other novels in the series.

I did enjoy this book. It was such a fun summer read with a prefect mix of a summer adventure story, survival story and also rekindled romance and also romeo and Juliet. I really did grown to love both leads in this story and. I really did grow to love Lennon a lot and just loved their dynamics. I thought the environment of this novel was really fun back drop for this novel. I wish there was tad more survival stuff then there was. But it was a fun read and would def. read more by this author in the future!

It has taken me so long to read this book, but i am so happy I finally traveled to the Grisha verse. I thought the world building was def. the highlight of this novel. I really enjoyed not only the world building but also the magic system in this novel. I think the characters grew on me over the course of the novel. I have much higher hopes for the characters in book 2, because i thought elements of this plot were predictable at points. But I think the Darkling was a super interesting character and def am excited to read more in this series next month!

*I got this book for my honest thoughts*

I adored this book a lot. I think this book really did change the game of this series yet again. I really grew to love all the characters in this book but especially Jude. I think the world building was so well crafted in this book and I loved how this book both expanded the world but also expanded the characters growth. I just loved how tightly wound this story is with the first book in this series. The ending was insane will be a super super long wait but I loved this book a lot!

Since you've been gone I really loved this book. I saw myself so much in the character of emily and also some of my own friend in the character of sloane. It is about his girl name emily who friend family falls of the grid one summer and all she leaves behind is a list of 13 things she wants emily to complete.
Emily is a very sheltered girl and she does not like to break her out of her comfort zone especially without her friend there, she is utterly lost but she eventually finds friends that make the summer adventure fun again and she winds up completing her list and in the end finding out what happen to Sloan. i really love how these simple things were really able to change emily as a person and for the first time she was really Emily and not just oh that is "so and so friend".
It was such a fast pace summer read and I really loved the romance as well. I loved the progression and how she handled cheating in this book and the effects it had. It was such a good book and hope to read more by this author soon.

* I gave this book 4.75 for review and I did receive my copy from the publisher for my honest thoughts*
I was super invested in this story and the characters from page one. I found this mystery and the characters to be super engaging and it was hard to put down. I loved the various POV we got and how effective the past and present storyline was told as well as how and when we got this POV. I also thought the story was not only unpredictable but also so honest and realistic in the end. I just flew through this book and really loved the how this story occurred. I felt the ending was a tad rushed but i would def read more by this author in the future!

This book was quite a fun read. I really loved the diversity of this book and was super fascinated by the various relationship and triangle that developed. I really enjoyed the family dynamics in this story and it was def the highlight of the story. I also really enjoyed Lara Jean character as well. This book just put a smile on my face and it was just a fun read! I thought this story was a def a complete story and will be curious to see what happens in the next two books in this series!
