Such a good book! I loved it so much. I loved the presence of LBGTQ characters in the novel and also the relationships of all the characters. It was such a fast pace read with the same humor and high stakes that i adore. The ending.. come on now... don't tease and then end the book.. nOT OKAY... BUT I NEED THE LAST BOOK :)

I really loved the diversity of this book. I felt like I really enjoyed all the characters and the world. I really enjoyed how complex the world building was. It was such a unique novel that really caught me off guard with it plot twists. I def. enjoyed the various romances in the book. I thought the pacing could be slow at points but the mystery kept me engaged!

I think the summary of this book was on point. Lara craft tome raider in space is literally how I would describe this book. I really love both characters in this novel and also both POV. I grew to adore them both and really adored jules he is def my new book boyfriend. I thought the plot was very fast moving and I was really engaged in the story. I sometimes struggled following the details of the various situations there were in. But the ending was so intriguing I need the second book NOW! I really loved this book and so excited to re-read this book and also read the sequel year!

I loved this author talk on the Valkyrie myth. This book was so fast pace and I really loved both the characters and also the world building. I thought all of these elements made the book not only engaging but also so enjoyable to read. I was not in love with romance that developed and felt like I would have enjoyed the book more, if those two characters remained friends. But I am really excited to read book two and am happy it comes out mid 2018! I will def being checking out how this series ends! If you enjoy percy jackson novels but with a focus on world budding and romance I would rec you check out this book!

I will admit this holiday book was just not my favorite. I really did not love the main character and felt was she was not well-developed and was rather annoyed me throughout most of the novel. But the concept of this novel made me love it. I enjoyed all the dares and also all the international settings. I read it rather fast. But I did not love the main character. It was cute holiday novel but it did not wow me!

I really enjoyed this book. I loved the historical fiction elements mixed with magic. I loved how she tackled also race and female roles in society and also prejudice. I various magic systems were the coolest part of this novel. I also enjoyed the various setting that we went to in this novel. I thought the story towards the middle did slow down and did get lost in some of the details. But i was really engaged by the lead. I am excited to see what book two brings.

I thought this was was very in thee vein of flowers in the attic. I overall enjoyed the story. I just wish it was longer because I felt like we could not explore and get to know the characters as much as I wanted. I really enjoyed the characters and also wanted a more clear ending after the climax. It was quick read with some darker themes. It was very quick read and I hope to read more by this author in the future. If you like flowers in the attic I think this would be good read for you but not as dark and twisted.

I thought this was a really engaging mystery. I really did enjoy the main character in this story and also the killer chapters we got. It added a creepy level to this mystery. I thought the book was fast pace and kept me wanting to read more. I also thought it addressed bullying and school issues in a pretty good way. I thought the characters other then the leads boy and girl could have been developed more. I think this book also has re-read appeal, to see the killer behavior throughout the book. If you like pretty little liars I think this mystery is up your alley!

so good lovely cliff hanger... waiting for the next one

I really enjoyed the concept of this book alot. Loved having a male as a lead character and all the other character me met along the way. I really loved the premise and also how the story progressed. The world building was a tad weak but hopefully in future books it will get better!
