This reads to me more like a series of vignettes strung together, and I can't get myself to be interested in anything that's going on. This one's just not working for me.

This is an adult book, that reads like YA, and also doesn't seem to be very interesting. I felt like had this been streamlined down a bit, it might have been a little better, but overall I found the characters both unlikeable and unremarkable, and I couldn't remotely get interested in the world. DNF review copy.

DNF 14% - I’m still early in the book and it’s already getting repetitive and annoying. Can’t do it with this one.
