This series really no longer feels like YA to me.

I heard a lot of hype about I Have Lost My Way, and Gayle Foreman is usually good for a solidly emotional read, and that was exactly what I was in the mood for. So, when it didn't really grab me emotionally, I was a little disappointed. The plot is good, the characters interesting and well rounded, but it wasn't the rich emotional read I was looking for.
