I don't know if it was the formatting of my copy or the level of pretentiousness but I couldn't get interested.

Couldn't like the characters enough to want to keep reading.

Preachy and stilted in the review copy, I made it to about 20% before I got frustrated and put it down.

It has been too long since I read the first two in the series, I couldn't follow this for anything

I picked this up from the library on a Goodreads recommendation, got about 30% through but was soooooo bored.

I didn't realize this was in verse. I rarely enjoy novels in verse.
