I liked this book a lot better than te previous two!
It had more action and sometimes it was even a bit exciting!
Looking forward to Breaking Dawn. When I was younger it was my favourite. I’m curious how I’ll find it now!

Ugh, I LOVED this. It’s by far still my favourite book of the series, hence the 5 stars.
I also LOVE vampire-Bella, she’s just so great!!
I did dislike Jacob. I loved him in book 1 & 2, and then in book 3 (& 4) it just went backwards. I do like his relationship with Renesmee. He exists to make her happy, whatever she needs him to be, he will and I like that thought.

Why, Sarah, did you have to break my heart?????
Ugh, even though I knew what was coming I felt so incredibly sad and heartbroken

When I started this book it felt like a big joke. I mean... Twilight but with all the sexes reversed? When you get to know all the characters it’s really funny to see how their names changed and how their characters stayed mostly the same.
The plot was also kind of the same, but Stephenie changed some major things that I did NOT see coming. I liked it though.
It actually was kind of confronting to notice my prejudices regarding sex/gender. The whole time I was having a hard time picturing Beau as a guy, just because he is introverted and clumsy and actually the same as Bella. The same with Eleanor (Emmet) but than the other way around. And I didn’t really like that about myself.
When I got deeper into the book, it became ‘easier’. I actually was bothered that they changed the ballet-line. Guys can do ballet too. Why couldn’t Beau?
I also LOVED Archie (Alice) and Carine (Carlisle).

I wasn’t as invested in this book as I was with the first book. It was only from the second half on I was really pulled into the story and really wanted to finish it and wanted to know what would happen.
And A LOT of things happen, many things I didn’t see coming. And that ending... I’m really curious how the trilogy is going to end.
I’m rooting for Zélie and Roën. I love his nickname for her. Zïtsōl ❤️

I loved this book!! I loved Henry and Alex and I loved their relationship even more.
Even though the plot was kind of predictable, I didn’t really mind. It was a real fun read.
I found the parts about American politics quite interesting as well.

I really liked this book. It gives insight in how manipulative and lying a government can be an how they get their things done, in a very easy and understandable way. It’s actually very disturbing how things like these can happen and how they are still happening.
Even though the book is almost 70 years old, it’s still very relevant to this day.
