I didn’t like the characters & the plot was too unbelievable 

Shay is awful. The conflict made me DNF because I hated it that much. 

While I expected the main character to be unlikable, I didn’t expect all the other characters to be unlikable as well. It’s nice to see character growth for the main character, so I was okay in her being unlikable. However, I just can’t stay interested in a book if I don’t like any of the characters.

The main character was just too immature considering she is supposed to be an adult. I just hated the whole “I’m in love with this guy I don’t know who is a jerk” storyline.
