This was an interesting look into the tradwife trend that’s been popping up the last few years. This book was entertaining, but I knew pretty quickly what was going on.

Definitely a spicy 🌶️ romance novel. Tessa Bailey is great and coming up with the perfect cheesy romances with just the right amount of spice to keep it interesting. Do people actually talk the way these characters do? No, but I’m here for the spice and the characters happy endings.

Freida has a style of writing that I just find enjoyable. Her books have quick chapters that keep you wanting more. This book was another great story. While I had my suspicions, she proved me wrong yet again and added a twist that I wasn’t expecting.

This was a great read! This story includes hearing from the multiple suspects accused of murdering a high school student as well as the spirit of the murdered girl. Ultimately I was able to figure out who the murderer was, but there were a few fun surprises and twists along the way.

This story was confusing at times, but predominantly sad, heartbreaking, and messy. This story started off so strong, but as the characters got older, and the development of the children in this book threw off the ultimate point of the storyline wasn’t to me. The ending was extremely abrupt and felt rushed.

he main female character in this book was extremely frustrating to listen to. She was whiny, entitled, and extremely dense to the situation that was happening to her. While the storyline wasn’t a huge surprise to me, there were some portions of the storyline that were handled well and weren’t expected. Solid story, the main character was just obnoxious and hard to relate to.

Emily Henry does it again, she writes beautifully flawed characters that you just can’t help but fall in love with them. This book with its dual storyline of romance in an elevated enemies to lovers, and a reclusive celebrity wanting to document her life story while also struggling to open closed wounds is just everything you could ask for and more. I couldn’t get enough of this story.
