Van Helsing was finally really Dutch, instead of German ("Mein Gott" and "Gott im Himmel" are not Dutch phrases, they're German).

I loved it! It was much like The Tiny Wife, but it also showed how ordinary superheroes can be. It reminded me a lot of the English tv series "No heroics". But as others have pointed out in their reviews, I also keep missing what the underlying thought of the book is (if there even is more than what I've already written above, or the sentiment from The Tiny Wife: appreciate, accept and keep noticing your partner).
