This book has been such a fast read to me. I was at 28% yesterday and my goal was to finish it today in a ReadathonbyZoe so I did and I feel like it didn't have much story but I liked the plot line.
I feel like the book didn't have much drama and that the "villain"/antagonist wasn't really present in the book. It wasn't really clear who the antagonist or antagonists were. Of course we know who they are but it wasn't really present in the book. I read the excerpt for the fourth book and I think it's about one of the main antagonist in this book and that it explains in more detail what it's going to happen after this book. I just feel like the book didn't have a main villain. So I think the supposed villain of this book is going to be the same villain in the 4th book.
It was a good book and I liked it but like I said I don't feel like the villain was presented or shown enough in the book that's my only con in this book.

4.9 stars in my opinion for Caraval.

This book has to be one of my favorite reads so far this year, but what is it that made me put 4.9 instead of 5.
The answer to that is that it was a really slow read for me. It took me two months to read it and I usually don't take that much time to read a book, unless it was really really boring.

Aside from the time it took me to read it, I believe the book was beautifully written and I think it describes the scenes and the smells as well as the colors in the most beautiful way I've ever read. When I was reading the book I could easily imagine all the smells and colors and scenery that was going on in the book. That made it so much easier and more beautiful than I thought it would be.

My best friend and I called each other this morning because I was screaming. I wanted to read the second book even though it isn't out yet. She absolutely loved the book when I recommended it to her Friday and she started reading it because she bought it the same day. I was surprised that she finished it before I did considering I had been reading it for two months. But she told me that she had so many questions and that it was her favorite book so far that she's read in 2017.

Anyways, this book has definitely touched me and I don't think I could ever move on from it. I cannot wait for the second book!

I guess there's nothing really wrong with the storyline but it's more personal.

First of all... Yes. I am a fan of Lilly but that will not take part in why I gave this 5/5.
Let's start.
So, in "HOW TO BE A BAWSE" Lilly explains exactly the title... How to be a BAWSE.
A BAWSE is a person who doesn't blend in with the crowd, they stand out and make heads turn. It's a person that doesn't just survive life, but they conquer it.

In this book she tells her story of how she got to became a BAWSE and tips on how to become one.
She has emotionally struggled and she uses this as a backstory to how she became a BAWSE and how she got through all of it.

The book has 50 chapters. Each one belongs to a different section in the book. There are 4 of these and in each one you get to further find your inner BAWSE.

I can say that this book helped me emotionally and it helped me to deal with other people, it has also helped me to realize how much of life I am missing because I'm worried about something or I'm bashing someone else's life.

So that's my reason for giving 5/5 stars.It will from now on help me to become a better person; NO. A better BAWSE.

I just finished it and wow. AJ went through a lot. Props to her. I'm glad she overcame everything and she became the best version of herself. The *Diary of an unfit mind* chapters were my favorite.

I felt her emotions as she wrote every single word.
This is the first poetry book I've read and before this, it was hard for me to understand poetry or I just didn't like it. But this book changed my POV on poetry books.
Although there were a lot of missing punctuation, you could understand perfectly.

Finally, this was such a fast read. If you read fast you can read this in about 15 to 30 minutes....but I'm a slow reader so it took me about an hour. Great book! Recommend it 100%

This book honestly was one of the best books I've read all year. It is so perfect. The story, the characters, and everything else. I love the idea of the 'secrets of the universe', and I kept wondering 'will there be any more secrets?' and when I least expected it, the last secret was revealed and I cried. I wept. The main characters as much as the side characters (I think), are as important to the story no matter what.
We have 2 different families with different children, different hobbies, and ways to treat each other. And that's why they compliment each other so much. I loved every single character except for Daniel. That little a-hole got on my nerves. Even though he was in the book like 2 times.
Anyways.....Every single character had their qualities that made me want to love them.
My favorite character has to be Sam (Dante's dad) or Dante himself. But regardless of which character I like the most, each one captured my heart in a way that I'll always remember this book.
I may be getting a little dramatic, but can you blame me??? I'm an actress is supposed to exaggerate and be dramatic, also I freaking loved the book.
Ok, I'm getting off the road here, my main point is that this book was absolutely beautiful, and if you have the chance to read t, please do so and share your thoughts.

I don't even know what to think about this book, like it's so frustrating the ending but what am I going to do. I definitely feel like the relationship of Babi and Step wasn't really a relationship. I think it was mainly just lust. Instead of Pollo and Pallina who to me looked like a couple. I'm so ugh with the fact that the main couple (to me) had no interesting scenes at all.
The only thing that saves this book is mainly Pollo, Step, Pallina and the overall funny stuff of the book. I don't even like Babi. She frustrates me. To me she's kinda dumb sometimes.

I'm gonna continue this trilogy just because I have the second book and I don't want my money to be wasted. I'm gonna take a break from reading because I have two mega important math tests this upcoming September 4th. And I don't want to fail math so yeah....

Anyways, 2 stars for me but only because I really like Pallina, Pollo and Step.
