Was thinking of DNFing but it picked up on the last third of the book and I enjoyed it quite a bit!! Still thinking on wether or not I wanna finish the duology tbh

really loved going back to this world and to these characters!! they are so close and dear to my heart!! this found family is just perfect and the spiceeeeeee, my god the spiceeeeee, so good!!!!!! can’t wait to reread the second one  as it’s my fave of the three (including prequel novella). this universe just makes me super happy. when i first read it like two years ago i was the same age as the characters so it hit harder but nevertheless, i still loved this book and it was a palette cleanser after reading elantris which was a full on fantasy lol.
