It was the perfect rom-com with just enough spice. Both characters having anxiety became a little overwhelming at some points which is the reason for the rate down. I, personally, felt bombarded with their anxiousness (I guess that means Jodie did an excellent job of provoking emotion). Other than that, I loved the characters and the plot was enjoyable

Honestly, you had me at arranged marriage. Add the fact that Enzo and Lucia are equals and you just leveled up. I find that aspect to be the part that I enjoyed most about this mafia love story.
Asia did an amazing job webbing us into Enzo and Luci's story from both a professional and romance side and I found myself unable to put the story down.. wanting to know what's happening in all sides of the game.
The banter, the tension, the plot.. it was perfect
I'm excited that I finally dove into this series and can't wait to see what happens next

This book was just ok for me. I feel like it took a long time to progress through the plot. I wasn't overly enthused to get through the book and was very grateful when it ended. In the end, I felt like it was all over the place and don’t really know how we made it to the end.
