This book reminded me of how much I enjoy cooking and the connection it allows me to have with others. I loved the short chapters! Made it so easy to pick up and put down as needed. I gave this book 4 stars only bc I felt like it needed just a little more.. a little more magic, feelings.. something. Still a good read

I compared this murder mystery novel to watching a TV movie (think ABC Family or Lifetime). You had your melodrama, your laughter and your resolution. I would recommend if you like more light-hearted mysteries or just want something easy to read :)
