I think I went into this with the wrong expectations and so I didn't enjoy it as much as I wanted to. I really wanted more from the dance plague and to hear more of the people who were dancing, and also to have a (suspected) reason why it happened. I also thought from the paperback blurb that this was going to be multi pov so I was slightly disappointed to see we only heard from Lisbet.

Loved the LGBT storyline and wish that could have been hinted at earlier and explored a little more, also felt like Lisbet had an 11 month pregnancy here. 

I really loved the way this book was written, and I thought the female-centric story across generations was beautiful to read, but I wish I'd read the trigger warnings before because it was quite harrowing and almost made me put the book down.
