This was so interesting but hard for me to follow at times. I hope I will pick this up and try it again. I don’t think I was in the right headspace to appreciate it as much as I could have.

I genuinely think the author had some great points and I appreciated all the journal/discussion/check-in prompts. I will definitely be using them. However, I feel like the book was super dense for how short it was and that there was a lot of contradictory content (or I could have just missed the point at times). Overall, an interesting read, but I’ve clicked better with other books out there. I love and appreciate how the author was adamant that they were not an expert and how they ended the book with “Take what you need and leave the rest”. More informational/self-help books need to follow that line of thinking.
