A remarkable story for sure.

Meeeeh I wanted to enjoy this, especially with all the ties to the Cecil Hotel and the dedication was to Elisa Lam. However this was just a dud.
I really enjoyed this anthology. It made me feel validated and seen.
The queer contributors were also an extra treat, being fat and queer myself. I loved this book. I listened to the audio from the library and had ordered the physical book within the first 15%!!
I can't wait to tab, highlight and reread this wonderful collection of words.

I loved Annie's story so much more than Amelia's 🤣
Will was so dreamy. Annie was incredibly relatable, I also was dead set on dating/husband hunting. I loved how she slowly let go of what the town thought she was and bloomed into an amazing independent adult.
Did I mention Will is super dreamy?!? 😍
