This book was so exciting! I'm so glad I read it with my friends in my book club, we had such a good time speculating what was going to happen!
Snow is scary. A big cast of characters where people keep dying is scary. Ruth Ware is a scary good writer. I love all her works and this is no exception! Exciting all the way through with a diverse cast of characters, which really amps up the 'whodunnit' factor. I listen to the audiobook, and Imogen Church did an amazing performance, once again. Loved it!
This book was incredibly slow to set up. Around the 67% mark it finally got interesting, in that Jennifer McMahon way I was expecting. Took a while but I'm glad I stuck in there because the ending was awesome.
This book was fine. Nothing inherently wrong with it but I don't think it was absolutely incredible. The audiobook was narrated by Tom Hanks which made this 3 stars for me instead of 2.
Oh my gosh! I absolutely adored this book. This is the second book of 2020 I've come across where fat women are represented in a fabulous way! I loved Bea and her story was so fun to read. I can't wait to see was Kate Stayman-London writes next!
This was the opposite of "don't judge a book by its cover", this was available at my library and the cover was so interesting I had to pick it up. I loved The Stepford Wives, so I thought this would be similar. The story overall was pretty bland to me. I didn't hate it but it's nothing I'd gush to my friends about. Solid 3 stars.
