Yes Please was an enjoyable book full of fun facts I’ve been wanting to know about Amy Poehler. However the organization of this book is so messy. This is my type A personally speaking, but the timeline jumped back and forth with no rhyme or reason. I wish she would have organized her chapters by when events actually happened. She also complains a lot, which I’m assuming is meant to be funny but it left me with an impression she didn’t enjoy writing her book at all. I still adore Amy Poehler as an actress and comedian!!

This is the ending I was desperately hoping for. The second installment in this series left me feeling really bummed and not as enthusiastic about the character’s lives. Even with the beginning of this story it had me considering abandoning the book altogether. However, I hung in there and I’m glad I did! It had highs and lows and suspense in all the right places. Janie, Benjamin and Pip are such well developed characters! I wish they’d make this series into movies!!!

This was a great book. I loved the personal touches of the main character’s calendar and it wasn’t as predictable as I thought it was going to be. Lauren Graham did an amazing job at writing a good story while maintaining her charming humor.
