Ehhhh no 

Not my preferred genre. Just couldn't get into it. 

The plot is meh and I just didn't like this one. 

The dynamics of this book were just too weird for me. I wasn't enjoying the plot and I usually don't enjoy babies in romances so I should have known. But it's book 4 in a series I've been enjoying quite a bit so I gave it a solid try. But it's not for me. 

I can already tell this is a tale of toxic girls with untreated mental illnesses and I just cannot deal with that right now. I should have checked the CWs first. 🤦🏻‍♀️

WOW THIS WAS TERRIBLE 

The pacing is all wrong. It had weird emotions that felt super out of place, the nepotism was absurd, and the down on her luck poor girl who is beautiful and talented is just a stale story line. I really tried but I after not enjoying The Holiday Swap I should have known to not pick this one up. 

Transphobic language!!!!!! @ 4% in. Gross. Bye. 

Dnf @ 29% for repeated use of the word "fucktard". Absolutely disgusting and unnecessary.
