This book is so stressful. I just cannot take it, especially on audio. These two main characters are so chaotic and I just can't handle another moment of reading this book
Both of these characters are super cringy, and I just don't have the patience to read a whole book about them. I don't care about them at all. Plus the podcast on audiobook is terrible, especially at higher speeds
Terrible male narrator and the FMC is talking about Harry Potter. NO THANKS.
I picked this book at random from my kindle library when I was wanting a snowy romance.
Instead I stumbled upon a 400 page behemoth of a book centered around a snotty spoiled celebrity disaster of a person. I couldn't stand Austin and I didn't have the patience to stick with this story in hopes he has some character growth down the line.
Sooooorry...

I bought this book at the dollar store. The plot, setting and concept for this book is just too big, not thought out enough and just not easy to understand. The author's note was quite touching and I totally believe that this was a passion project for them, but I feel like maybe they're the only one that understands the world they created...
This FMC is very whiney and I am just not in the mood for romcom foolishness at the moment. My two best friends promised me I won't be missing much by skipping this one.
Beyond Belief: My Secret Life Inside Scientology and My Harrowing Escape
DID NOT FINISH: 17%
I gave this book a solid chance but it's just too detailed. I need to learn more about Scientology before this book might interest me. I just don't care for details about her daycare and nap schedule as a child and I need to move on from this book.
I feel like I missed the holiday window for this one and I am just not in the mood for a New Years read now that i's January 7th. NOTE TO SELF: read this book in December 2024!!!
This book was recommended to me by my husband. I think he read it while he was severely depressed, because this book is absolutely terrible and I am not ideal audience for this book.
This book highlighted if you terrible people in the introduction so I was hesitant to continue. In chapter 1, it quotes Serena and Venus Williams' Dad using the N word. It is not censored, not bleeped out, and it is fully typed out in the book. The author narrates this book and she did not censor herself. That is disgusting and even for 2017 it is acceptable. This book went straight to the trash. I refused to read this or recommend this to anybody I know
