I'm so sorry I just don't care..... 

Basic. Bland. I just don't care for these types of stories. I tried. No thanks. 

ALICE WHYYYYYY

This book was so not for me. While I did not love her last book, I have overall enjoyed her work in the past and I was looking forward to something new. However, this book is dreadful. Having the main POV of a sad man who lost his wife and thinks everything is unfair is just suuuuuch a drag to read. 

I had a friend who read it spoil the ending for me, and I do think if I had stuck with it the twist would have been good. However, slogging through the book is just not something I have on my 2025 bingo card. SOOOOORRYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. 

While I enjoy learning about the Duggars and where they are in life after breaking out of their oppressive religion, this still has a bit too many bible verses for my liking. I'm sure it'll be a hit for so many people, but for me it's a no thank you. 

This book is so nonsensical in a way that is not fun. 

Sometimes weird outlandish books are fun and exciting but this just felt like a huge drag. I did not enjoy the main characters and the side characters made the experience even worse. Not for me, dudes.
