Bellamy is an escort, but she has a feisty attitude and is a fighter. She lives up to her nickname of Tinkerbell. James Hook is a loan shark and a ruthless one. He doesn’t let people get away without paying their debts. Peter owes Hook money and offers Bellamy up instead.

Hook is the villain in this story and he never changed, however, sometimes the villains need to find their happily ever after, too. He takes and doesn’t care what anyone thinks. He does have a caring side, but shows it in a different way. However, I loved his character. I loved Bellamy. I loved her personality. I loved that she didn’t give up given her situation, if only it only made her fight harder.

The chemistry between Hook and Bellamy is there. The two of them really balance each other out. They shouldn’t work so well together, yet they do. Their story was addictive and it was hard to put down once I started.

If you’re looking for a dark, fairytale retelling this is one to check out after reading the trigger warning.

Keeper is a Keeper! Decker and Delaney completely stole my heart with their story. I went into this story completely blind and it was a great surprise from the very start.

Decker has the ultimate bad boy image. Tattoos, rides a motorcycle, works at a bar, muscly. However, on the inside there is so much more to him. He is caring, protective, sweet and loyal. I couldn’t get enough of him. Delaney is a fighter and a survivor. She has been through a lot, she is having to learn about her life again after suffering a traumatic brain injury and losing her memory. I wanted to hug the woman, but I was also cheering her on from the very start.

Dell and Deck’s chemistry was amazing from the start. The instant friendship they formed that bloomed into so much more was beautiful. Deck was insanely supportive of Dell and doing everything he could to make things as easy as possible for her when he knew she was struggling. I loved everything about the two of them and am so happy they each of a second chance, especially for the fact that it is with each other.

Keeper was so much deeper than I could have ever expected. I didn’t expect a book to touch me as much as this one does. It is beautiful, emotional story that will have you in tears, swooning over Deck and cheering on Dell. This is a MUST READ and another top read of 2020!

Breaker had all the feels, seriously. This book. I have no words. This was full of so many Happy Somethings.

Sutton has had a crush on her older brother’s best friend for forever. Grady is a broken man, he is guarded. Sutton is the girl who he thinks he too good for him, he doesn’t want to ruin her. Sutton doesn’t believe this. She sees Grady for who he really his and she wants him more than anything.

Sutton and Grady’s journey was not an easy one. They both had struggles and walls they needed to overcome but when they finally give in. It is so hard not to fall in love with them. It is heartbreaking, it is emotional and it is absolutely beautiful. Their journey is completely worth the wait.

Breaker is one book that has left me in a major book hangover. I know it is one that I will continue to think about in the future.

Mick Weller has been daydreaming so not so nice thoughts about his new assistant. But the fact she is his assistant and practically half his age has stopped him from going any further. Tessa is also been having some not so nice thoughts about the man she was hired to help. One bet leads to one epic Christmas eve for the two of them.

While short, this story brings a lot to the table. Insane chemistry, plenty of spice and some sweet moments mixed in. I absolutely adored Mick and Tessa. Their story was a fun holiday treat and I hope that there is more of them in the future!

If you’re looking for an age gap, workplace, sports romance this is one to read.

Addictive and captivating from the start. Helina and Gregori’s story is one that you can easily get sucked into and lost in from the start.

I loved Gregori. He is protective and an alpha male. He will do anything to make sure Helina is safe and that she remains safe. He goes to great lengths to ensure that it happens. Helina may be sheltered but she knows what she wants and I liked the fact that she wasn’t a weak character. The connection between Gregori and Helina is unique, but they have such a strong bond and love for each other. The chemistry between them is heating up the pages.

The story is fast-paced and quickly spans multiple years, but none of the story felt rushed and it was needed as Helina grew up with each passing chapter.

Matt and Madison were both characters previously mentioned in the Hawthorn Hills series and I love that they got a story!

Matt is a football player and he has an ego, but there is also more to him underneath some layers. Madison went through something that changed her and she has spent years finding herself and her own strength again.

I loved the instant connection between Matt and Madison. Their story was fast paced, yet they worked so well together. Matt helped Madison grow even more and was there to support her along the way. The support goes both ways, Madison also supported Matt when it came to football and his dreams.

If you’re looking to spend a little more time in Hawthorn Hills this sweet, fun and slightly angsty story is one to check out.

I have been waiting for this story. Ever since meeting Ruthless I wanted more of him. I always knew there was more to him and a reason why he acted the way he did, especially when it came to his sisters.

I loved Desiree. I loved that she was full of dreams and worked hard to achieve them. I loved the fact she wasn’t about to let anyone or anything stop her from her goals and her dreams. Ruthless is well, Ruthless, but he also has a different side to him and it is a side that he never really lets anyone see. I love how he was with Desiree. That he supported her and knew she could handle herself.

There is plenty of chemistry between Ruthless and Desiree. I loved their story and how much the two of them grew together throughout the course of it.

If you’re looking for a dark mafia romance this is one to check out.

It felt like I was reading two teenagers trying to talk dirty to each other, even though one was a 40 something year old man. Add in the whole baby storyline…how do two people have so many issues with communicating?!

I love smutty books, but this one just wasn’t it for me.

Declan and Iris are PERFECTION. I love Declan, I love Iris, I love their relationship. I love everything about the two of them.

Iris, I don’t know if I could love her any more than I do right now. I feel for her past and struggles, but I love that she didn’t just give up, she works hard and wants to prove to everyone that she can handle whatever challenges are thrown at her. Declan is unexpected in the best way. There are times I wanted to yell at him but there are other times that he was the sweetest person ever and I had heart eyes while reading.

The chemistry, the banter, Iris’s friendship with Cal, the swoony things that Declan does. I have no words. This is just a book that you need to read. The journey of these two characters and the growth, especially for Declan is beautiful.

A rap god and his SoHo daydream. Ty and Kate are two characters that you can’t help but instantly fall in love with.

Twelve hours. That is all they have and they make the best of that time. I loved their bond. I loved their connection. I loved how drawn Ty was to Kate and that Kate was also drawn to Ty. Their connection is soul deep. Plus, that subway scene….IYKYK.

This story is a happy for now and I know that when we get more Ty and Kate that they will have a heart shattering story but it will be beautiful and full of passion and emotions.
