I have been dying for Jax and Frankie’s story and the best was truly saved for last. I love the entire Rooftop crew, but Jax is hands down my favorite (sorry Knox!).

Jax and Frankie have insane amounts of chemistry, they have amazing banter, they know how to push each other’s buttons and both of them can give as good as they get. Not only do they have amazing chemistry, but they are both equally amazing tattoo artists.

Jax and Jolie though (insert ovary explosion gif here). I adored everything about them. Jolie is a sweet girl, but her bond with Jax is so heartwarming and just makes you melt. Seriously, no one can survive all that cuteness.

I loved everything about Jax and Frankie, this is low angst, low drama and a whole lot of swoon! Jax and Frankie’s story was everything I wanted and so much more.

This is the last story in the Rooftop Crew and was a great ending for everyone and a great introduction on what is to come from Piper Rayne (which I am super excited about).

If you’re looking for a workplace romance with two tattoo artists, an adorable little girl and plenty of swoony moments this is a MUST READ!

I’ve been waiting for Manning’s story from the beginning and I loved every single moment of it!

The moment Manning and Evelyn meet there is an undeniable connection between them. They were drawn to each other and all it took was one night for the both of them to realize what they were missing. However, there are obstacles in their way namely Manning’s horrible wife, Murielle who won’t give him a divorce. While Manning is still technically married, its been four years that he has dealt with Murielle for his son, Jaxon.

I loved Manning and Evelyn’s relationship. I loved the connection they had. Even though they had to experience a lot of hardships throughout the story and heartache. They both deserved happiness and they deserved each other.

Only One Night is full of amazing chemistry and plenty of angst but I loved every single moment of Manning and Evelyn’s story.

Kait Nolan is a new to me author and I absolutely loved this story! I plan on going back and reading some of the siblings books now.

Emerson’s life completely changed in a single moment, she was now responsible for taking car of a teenage girl and that became her main focus. Caleb was the firefighter to break the news to Emerson, but also quickly became a person she can lean on for support.

I loved the friendship that Emerson and Caleb had and the bond that Caleb formed with Fiona, too. They made their own family. Emerson and Caleb had amazing chemistry. Though Emerson had some concerns about exploring something more with Caleb, especially when it came to their eight year age difference, but now that she was back to living alone, she needed to learn to live a life she didn’t get before she took in Fiona. Caleb has felt something more for Emerson for years and finally has the chance to explore their feelings.

Let It Be Me is a romance that has depth and is not only about love, but about family and about living your life. This one is a MUST READ and I can’t wait for more in this series!

Absolution is emotional, it is beautiful and it is everything I love about Leaona’s writing. Creed and Scarlet’s story wrecked me from the very first page and gripped my heart and soul until the very end.

My heart broke for Creed. To experience what he did and to come out on the other side is powerful. Having to relearn things, not being able to remember your past, and your own family is rough. It wasn’t an easy road for him and he experienced many obstacles. I absolutely loved Scarlet. She is a single mom, she is a great vet, she does the best she absolutely can to take care of her baby girl and to move on from the pain and heart break in her life.

The moment Creed and Scarlet met they had instant chemistry. They instantly bonded. Neither of them were looking for something more and decided to remain friends, however, fate had something else in mind. Their story was an emotional roller coaster from the start but it is worth the ride that it will take you on.

If you’re looking for a book that will grip your heart and soul, is redeeming and is truly emotional this one is a must read!

It was just supposed to be a one-night stand, Hayden and Veronica could not stop thinking about the night they shared together.

Hayden and Veronica are complete opposites, yet they really balance each other out. The have amazing chemistry together. I loved Hayden’s determination when it came to Veronica and proving how perfect they are together. The mixture of Hayden’s alpha side and Veronica’s sassy side was fantastic.

This was a fast passed novella that I couldn’t put down. I completely fell in love with Hayden and Veronica’s story.

Ainsley Spiere is smart, independent, and a great lawyer. Chase Newstrom is her boss, he is a great lawyer, but is a tide by arrogant and cocky. When Chases forces Ainsley to miss some wedding events for her best friend, she takes it upon herself after drinking some of his expensive scotch, to write him a letter. However, she never expected her boss to read the letter she wrote.

I loved Ainsley and Chase’s chemistry. They work well together both in and out of the office. The banter and the heat between them was fantastic. Ainsley really brought out a different side to Chase and I loved that they could support each other.

Of course, their relationship wasn’t easy and there was a small hiccup and some drama that caused some issues but everything was quickly resolved.

If you’re looking for a hot, steamy, great office romance this is one to check out!

Roderick and Kieran are EVERYTHING. I completely fell in love with these two men and their relationship.

Roderick heads back to Vermont after ending a relationship and lands himself a job at the Busy Bean baking. Kieran, a member of the Shipley family, so works out at the Busy Bean to help out from time to time and was shocked to see Roderick walk into the place. These two men have a history that goes back to high school.

Kieran is quiet, he keeps to himself a lot of the time, he is hard working. Roderick is open, he isn’t afraid to be himself. I loved seeing him bring out a different side of Kieran. I loved the tension in the beginning between them, then as things progressed, I was swooning so hard for these two.

Roommate is an emotional story filled with plenty of steaminess. If you are looking for a MM romance to read this one is a MUST READ!

Kian owns the wine bar and Club in Brigs Ferry Bay. He is out, proud and looking to eventually find love one day. Archer is new to BFB and came to help out his younger sister, after experiencing a tragic lost.

My heart broke for Archer. His past is heartbreaking and I can only imagine the pain and loss he must be feeling. I just wanted to hug the man. Kian is almost like the town therapist; he is easy to talk to and everyone seems to come to him to talk and for advice. The moment him and Archer meet he knows there is something more to Archer, he can see the sadness in his eyes. He wanted to know his story.

Archer and Kian’s story was beautiful, it was emotional. I completely fell in love with these two men, the bond they formed and the relationship they have with each other. I also loved the support they provided to each other. They become each other’s rocks.

The story itself does deal with some very tough topics, but the way Misty Walkers handles them throughout this story is perfect. She doesn’t glamorize any of it, it is raw and it is real and they are real struggles that many people experience and the effects that they can have on friends and family.

If you’re looking for a small-town MM romance that is full of emotions, heat and some lightness that will make you smile this is one to check out.

This was a fun, quick read. Damien and Caitlyn are both CEO’s of their own companies, rivals from the very beginning. Of course, they love to push each other’s buttons and get under each other’s skin so when they are out of their home town of Boston for a conference, they both let into the attraction and give into the sexual tension brewing.

Just one night. One night to get it out of their system, however, it is never just one night. One-night leads to another and another and soon months have passed, and they are spending all their time together. They never talk about work, until Damien finds out some news that is damaging to Caitlyn’s company. Will their relationship be able to survive?

I loved the banter between these two. It was entertaining throughout the story. Their chemistry was one and off for me. At times I felt that it was super strong and other times throughout the story I felt that it was just a small flame. Overall, I did enjoy this book and I have enjoyed other books I’ve read by the author as well. For anyone who loves a fun, quick office/enemies romance this is one to check out.

A Very Friendly Valentine’s Day is WAY better than any Valentine’s Day candy you could ever receive. Best friends to lovers, hilarious banter, a cross country train ride, the most hilarious Valentine’s Day poems and so much more!

Eddie Cannavale is the youngest in his family and a Hollywood star. Birdie is adorakable and just so happens to be Eddie’s best friend. I LOVED their friendship so much. They have such an easy going vibe between them, but there is also loads of chemistry and some tension simmering below the surface. I loved the banter between them. Birdie and Eddie are truly complete opposites, yet they perfectly balance each other out.

Eddie and Birdie’s story had me laughing, swooning, crying and fanning (there are some pretty steamy scenes) the entire time. I fell in love with these characters from page one and continued to love them more and more as their story continued.
