Sheridan and Camilo didn’t expect one flight to change their lives.

Sheridan Reed is a spoiled little princess, at least that how she is first introduced and I wasn’t a major fan of her. It took a while to warm up to her character. She has so many walls put up to protect herself. She is definitely a Daddy’s girl, but that’s understandable given what happened as a child. Camilo. Camilo. Camilo. How loved him from the moment his character was introduced. He had a playboy vibe to him, but he also had some depth as a character.

I loved the banter between Sheridan and Camilo from the start, plus they did have great chemistry. As the story progressed, I fell more and more in love with their relationship and how it progressed. Their growth together was noticeable, but their growth as individuals was fantastic, especially Sheridan’s.

Now the secondary characters are some of my favorites. Of course, I loved more of Carter and Kendall. But the rest of the flight group was HILARIOUS. Plus, Camilo’s family. They all added so much to this story from the very start.

Cocksure Ace was a fun read and had everything I expect when it comes to K. Webster’s books!

Oh I love Landon and Emma! Lucky Bastard had me feeling all sorts of emotions and I loved every single second of it.

Landon is a professional football player. Emma works at a pet shelter. These two are from different worlds, however, from the moment they met Landon was drawn to her. Emma, not so much. Will Landon be able to win over Emma?

I LOVED Landon. Seriously, he is swoony! He isn’t the typical professional football player. He isn’t overly cocky or arrogant. He is caring, loving and super sweet. He definitely proved he is willing to work hard to get what he wants, especially where Emma is concerned. I loved that Emma doesn’t just instantly swoon and fall all over Landon from the moment they met. She made him work. Their chemistry was great from the start there. I loved their banter and all the sweet little moments they shared.

This story was a sweet sports romance but there is also a few twists mixed in along with a brief moment of drama. I loved getting more glimpses of the OG Cocky Bastard, Chance and of course, Aubrey.

Another MUST READ by Kaylee and a great addition to the Cocky Hero world.

Noah isn’t my first read from Melody Anne, however, it is not my favorite. I struggled to connect with the characters from the start.

Noah and Sarah have somewhat of a friends with benefits relationship at the start of this story, neither of them willing to take it beyond that. Then the accident happens and things change for them both. They continued to work together and Noah did what he could to prove to Sarah that they can be together, that there is something between them.

While I struggled with connecting to the characters, there is no denying that they did have chemistry. Plus, I do love Joseph Anderson and all his meddling ways.

Noah and Sarah’s story just wasn’t for me, but we’ll see what the future holds for the rest of the Anderson brothers.

Elle Evans life is a hot mess. She’s run away from her home, her family, her city. She manages to make her away all to the Florida Keys, a small town where she can hid away from the drama surrounding her life. What she doesn’t expect when she arrives is meeting a British single father and his adorable nine year old daughter.

Elle is a lifestyle vlogger. She is clumsy, quirky and an idol to so many young girls. Theo has a lot of walls in place. He loves his daughter and she has him wrapped around her fingers. He’s somewhat of a grump, but does warm up to people. He knows who Elle is because his daughter is obsessed with her videos, he knows why she is hiding out and judged her instantly. However, she is living in his rental.

I loved the connection between Elle and Ari (Theo’s daughter). Elle was so sweet to Ari and truly bonded with her. There were so many sweet moments between them. Theo and Elle had a slow burn, but I loved the banter between them and their chemistry.

Hot Mess is a hilarious rom com. It is super fun, sweet, and quick read.

If you love single dad romances, a tropical location, an adorable nine year old, and a crazy group of geriatric conspiracy theorists this is a MUST READ!

I knew going into Savannah and Beau’s book I knew this one would be emotional and a wild ride. If you’ve read the previous two books of this series you know some of their history. Southern Storm picks up right where everything was left at the end of book two.

Savannah is the black sheep of the town. She doesn’t have the best reputation. Her family life wasn’t the best growing up. I wasn’t a big fan of her based on what information was given in the previous books, however, I felt for her. She struggled. She rose above what everything thought of her and did well for herself and for her son. Beau is now the mayor. He is Savannah’s best friend and really one of her only friends. She’s the girl who he’s crushed on since they were kids, but never could tell her how he really felt.

Savannah and Beau have loads of chemistry. I loved their friendship. You can tell how much Beau loves and cares for not only Savannah, but also for Ethan. He proved numerous times that he would do anything to protect them. Savannah has crushed on Beau forever, but she didn’t think they could ever be anything more than friends. Their relationship wasn’t always the best, but they kept going and came out stronger.

I didn’t think I’d like Savannah, but by the end I did. I loved Beau even more than I did before. Though, like the previous books this one ends with a little truth bomb being dropped and I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Southern Storm was full of twists, turns, romance, love, and truth. This one is a MUST READ!

Scott Hilderth is a new to me author, but after reading this book I knew that I’ll be checking out more of his books. Misadventures of a Biker is a steamy, quick read.

Devin has just been released from prison after eight years. He needs a job, so he applies to be a receptionist for a real estate firm. What he doesn’t expect is Teddi, the woman who is now his new boss. I loved their story so much. It was scorching and these two are have chemistry that just explodes off the pages.

Devin is an alpha male; he is dominant and confident. The man knows what he loves and he isn’t afraid to say it. Teddi has been burned in the past and she has some walls up to protect herself. However, it doesn’t take long for Devin to break through them all.

If tattooed, dominant bikers are your jam and you love books with explosive chemistry this one is a MUST READ!

If you are looking for an emotional second chance romance then this is the one for you.

Ever since I read the prequel, Every Little Promise, I fell in love with these characters and this new world that Lexi Ryan has created. I knew this would be emotional, it would be a wild ride. I couldn’t put it down. I DEVOURED this book.

Marston was the boy from the wrong side of the tracks. The boy who was different from everyone else in Orchid Valley growing up. Brinley was the girl from the wealthy family. The princess. These two couldn’t be any more different, however, they bonded. They were each other’s everything growing up. Until Brinley told Marston to leave for good. He is back in Orchid Valley but will he be able to convince his wife that what they have is real and worth the risk?

Marston and Brinley have loads of chemistry. You can feel the tension oozing from the pages of their story. Their story was full of so many different emotions and ups and downs. I love Marston. He struggled his whole life growing up, however, he worked hard and made something of himself when so many expected him to fail. Brinley took some getting used to, but I admired the fact she wanted her independence, she wanted to do things for herself instead of relying on her family or someone else.

I LOVED their group of friends though. They were hilarious and added so much to the entire story. I can’t wait to see more of the Orchid Valley crew in the future. This one is a MUST READ!

Stirred is the first book of an all new series. Though, Cohen and the Twisted Fox crew have made little appearances in the Blue Beech series.

Cohen is the owner of the Twisted Fox and he is also a single father. He works hard so his son, Noah, can have the life he didn’t. His sister, Georgia, and his friends are supportive and help Cohen. Jamie is an ER doctor, she was always the geeky type and worked hard in school. Her older sister, Heather, just so happens to be Cohen’s ex and Noah’s mother.

There is some forbiddenness when it comes to Cohen and Jamie’s relationship. She is Noah’s aunt, though he doesn’t know it, and she is the younger sister of Cohen’s ex-girlfriend. However, these two had some chemistry, though they both denied it for a while. Jamie starting coming around more, she formed a great relationship with Noah and Cohen’s sister, Georgia.

Jamie and Cohen’s relationship was full of ups and downs. They both struggled with their connection to each other throughout the story, but they can only deny each other for so long. With Noah being involved neither of them wanted to hurt him, because while he didn’t know the truth, he fell in love with Jamie just like his father.

I completely fell in love with Cohen, Jamie and especially, Noah. I loved their bond to each other. I can’t wait to see more of them, plus get some more details on some of their others in their group….*cough cough* G & A (I’m sure I’m not the only one dying to know more!).

If you love single dad romances, with a hint of forbidden romance, with a great group of secondary characters this one is for you and a MUST READ!

I am a sucker for sports romance and make it a rom-com and I am living for this. Jock Blocked had me snort laughing from the very beginning. I kid you not I have not laughed so much while reading a book since I don’t even know when.

Mackenzie is, well there are no words to describe how much I love her. She is awkward, passionate, and hilarious. She loves the Fireballs. She is devoted to the team and will do anything to make sure they have a great season. Her love for them oozes out of the pages. You can feel her passion for the team. Brooks, the superstitious virgin. He has a reason to be superstitious and unfortunately for him the teams number one fan also knows his little secret.

I loved the banter between Mackenzie and Brooks. It was hilarious and adorable. They have amazing chemistry and I loved watching their relationship progress. The secondary characters in this book were also amazing and added so much to the story, plus A LOT of hilarious scenes, especially the group texts between Brooks and his siblings. The rest of the Fireball’s were also amazing. Pretty much there isn’t a character I didn’t love in this book.

Jock Blocked is a MUST READ, especially if rom-com sports romances are your jam! #FieryForever

The moment I started reading this book I was completely hooked. Acer was an emotional, twisted wild ride that is just getting started.

I love Isla. How can you not love a female FBI agent? She is pretty BA. She is a fighter. She doesn’t give up. Despite heartache and pain she still continues to fight. Acer is the youngest in his family, the baby. He always felt that he wasn’t enough to his family, especially compared to his brothers. From the moment they met Isla and Acer’s lives were connected and not just romantically, but in every single aspect. Their connection was instant and their chemistry was on fire. However, their relationship was not always easy and completely broke me a few times.

Acer isn’t your typical romance. This book is DEEP. It is emotional. It is captivating. It is gripping. This book will consume you. This book was difficult to read at times just because I was so overcome with emotions. It brings forth a true issue that many people may not always think of.

This one is a MUST READ and a TOP READ of 2020 for me. I can’t wait to see what is coming next for this new series!
