Marji and Lucas may be my favorite couple out of the entire Indulgence series, thought they don’t start as a couple.

Marji knows all about what Dr. Kizer tells her patients, she has a curiosity when it comes to BDSM and the lifestyle. Lucas is a former patient of Dr. Kizer and a Dom. When these two meet sparks instantly fly.

Lucas was the perfect Dom for new subs, he is a great teacher so when he is back at Lace and Leather and a new, inexperienced sub is presented to him he can’t stop thinking about her. She is haunting his dreams. Marji is fascinated with Lucas, despite barely knowing him has a level of trust for him.

I loved the passion, the chemistry, the bond these two had. Marji was able to heal Lucas, to help him find himself again. Of course, there is a little drama but it was quickly resolved.

Unforgettable is another super steamy, quick read.

SPICY. FIRE. HOT. PICANTE. ZESTY. Those are just some of the words that would describe the relationship and the chemistry between Rochelle and Rafael.

I love Rochelle. She is strong, hardworking and SASSY! Girl can hold her own when it comes to all the men she is around. Rafael, well what isn’t there to love about a smooth-talking Spanish man? The chemistry between these two, well you better just grab a fan to cool yourself off, because it is scorching hot. Plus, the banter. Oh how I loved it. The sassy side of Rochelle came out full force so many times when it came to Rafa and I LOVED every single moment of it!

Besides being super spicy, this story was also heartbreaking (at least to me), learning the reason behind why Rafa left all those years ago and the pain and heartbreak Rochelle followed after. I just wanted to reach out and hug them both.

I LOVE the Saddler’s the more and more we get to know them throughout this series and I CANNOT wait to see what is instore next for this family.

Gorgeous single father who just so happens to be a firefighter, plus a gorgeous teacher!? Yes, please! Julie Morgan is a new to me author and I can’t wait to read more from her. I DEVOURED this book. I couldn’t put it down.

Cara Murphy may seem like a rich, beautiful, club girl. However, there is so much more to that. She is a kindergarten teacher and working her way to her tenure and a major promotion at the school she teaches it. Celebrating one last time before the start of a new school year, she meets a gorgeous firefighter at a club and has a one night stand. Like anyone one night stand you don’t expect to see the man again, however, that is not the case for Cara. Noah Hughes, father and firefighter. He lost the love his life, but was left with his adorable little boy, Marshall. He is a hard worker, but definitely knows how to let loose from time to time.

Noah and Cara both have major walls up for different reasons. However, as those walls start to fall things only begin to heat up more and more for the two of them. There is some EXPLOSIVE chemistry between these two from the start.

This story was the best kind of misadventure. Make sure you have the fire department on speed dial, you may need it for all the heat packed in this story! A MUST READ!

I thought What Do You See? left me an emotional wreck, but What Do You Regret? DESTROYED ME! This story broke my heart, but it slowly mended it back together. I was yelling at the characters so many times. I was so invested in this story. I knew from the moment I met Cole that I would fall in love with him and I definitely did. Maybe even more so after reading this book.

Cole and Grace’s story was heartbreaking, emotional and truly beautiful. I loved their relationship, both the good and the bad. There is so much chemistry between the two of them, even after spending three years apart. Though, their relationship came to an abrupt in.

This is a romance, however, there is also a much bigger message. The effects of cyberbullying. It’s ugly, it can ruin people’s lives forever and so much more. I felt that the subject was handled very well and give the full picture of how it can change someone’s life.

Grace is such a strong female character. She has overcome so much, but has come out stronger. She is even stronger than she realizes. I loved Cole and how supportive he was when it came to Grace and the effort, he put in to protect her, though some of his plans were a little questionable.

What Do You Regret? is a beautifully written, emotional story. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this one!

I have been waiting for Elena and Bradley’s story since the first book and the best one was definitely saved for last. I DEVOURED this book. I was completed sucked into the story, the romance, the drama.

I love Elena, she is fully of sass, talent and she is caring. Bradley is super protective, especially when it comes to Elena. There was an instant connection and instant chemistry between the two of them. You could feel it from their very first audition together.

The drama and mystery that was mixed into the story added a lot of depth and kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time.

If you’ve read The Publicist and The Playboy you will recognize some overlap in some of the story, which I absolutely loved because I loved seeing the same scene from three completely different perspectives and learning more details about what had happened. If you haven’t read the other two books you can still enjoy The Starlet, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND reading them all!

I am sad this is the final book in the series, because I truly loved all these characters and I am just not ready to say goodbye to them.

If you love some drama, some steam (hello dominant, alpha Brad), glitz and glamour this is a MUST READ!

The Play Maker is the first book I’ve read from L.M. Carr and I’m a sucker for any sports romance so I had to read this one. I read this book in one sitting and enjoyed every single moment of the story.

Addison is a sports reporter and landed an interview for Houston’s new head coach, he just so happens to be the man that broke her heart years prior. Julian’s NFL career ended quickly due to an injury but he has the chance to come back as a head coach. When he see’s the woman whose heart he broke things change for him and he wants to make up for everything he lost. Will they get the second chance they deserve?

I liked Addison, she was a woman in a male dominated industry and kicked booty doing it. When it came to Julian I wanted her to make him fight for her more, to make him beg. She just kind of took him back pretty easily and I wanted a little more drama there, however, there was still no shortage of drama in this story. I wanted to hate Julian when he was first introduced, however, I found that difficult. He was sweet and caring and I couldn’t help but swoon.

The Play Maker is a great second chance sports romance full of steam, drama and plenty of hot football players. I can’t wait for the rest of this series.

I absolutely LOVED this book. Yes, it is STEAMY but also there is some emotion to the story. Julian and Meghan’s relationship will draw you in and take you on one wild ride.

Julian is a British professor who came to the US in search of the woman he met while she was visiting over the summer. Meghan is about to graduate university, however, she needs one more credit and becomes a TA for a professor….a professor she spent the summer with. I LOVED the chemistry these two characters have. It was literally exploding off the pages. I couldn’t get enough of it. They both knew the risks, but they couldn’t keep away from each other.

I loved the fact that this wasn’t just a super steamy professor/student romance. There was an actual story, a true connection and the growth in the relationship between Julian and Meghan throughout the story was great. They experience the ups and downs of any real relationship and Julian is willing to listen to Meghan. He is also insanely supportive and protective of her and Meghan is the same when it comes to Julian.

I didn’t want this story to end. I could have kept reading these characters forever and I truly hope there is a little more of them in the second book of this series.

If you love a steamy professor/student romance with some emotion Academic Integrity is a MUST READ for you!

Katie and Jude have a history, though it was brief, it was a time in both their lives that has stayed with them. Even after five years, they are both still thinking about each other. They live in different states, that is until Jude heads back to his home state and comes face to face with the woman he still thinks about.

I love a good second chance romance and add in hockey it is the perfect combination! Katie and Jude were both fantastic characters and had some amazing chemistry from the very start. Jude may be a giant hockey player, but he is protective, caring, loving and just a giant teddy bear. Katie is a hard worker, she can hold her ground against Jude.

This was a pretty quick read for me and I enjoyed every single moment of the story and Jude and Katie’s relationship. Plus, the two friends, Lizzie and Garrett, and Jude’s entire family were great secondary characters and added to the overall story.

For fans of hockey romances and or second chance romances this a MUST READ.

Move over Julian, you have been replaced by Samuel! I loved Samuel and Avery’s story from the moment it started.

Avery met her perfect man at 18, a man she could never forget and the man she compared everyone else, too. Samuel, doesn’t remember meeting Avery years ago, but he is drawn to her now, even though she is one of his students. I LOVED how much chemistry these two had. It was so hot I thought my kindle was going to melt.

There is a lot of cat and mouse between them, which was entertaining and even though they weren’t “together” throughout a chunk of the story I loved Samuel’s protective side when it came to Avery. You could feel how much he cared, how he wanted the best for her, that he would do anything to keep her safe.

I loved the little bit of crossover scenes from Academic Integrity, but even if you haven’t read the first book you can still enjoy this one! It was just nice to get certain scenes involving Julian and Samuel from Samuel's POV.

Another amazing professor/student romance with some emotions and another MUST READ!

This was a super sweet, light romance. Pru and Finn were super enjoyable characters, along with their friends and family.

Prudence wanted a family and after no luck in the relationship department, she decides to take matters into her own hands. She has the most supportive group of friends and business partners who will be there every step of the way. Then there is her best friend since forever, Finn. Who will also supportive of her and her decision. Of course, Practical Pru’s plan doesn’t turn out like she imagined and her friendship with Finn will be forever changed.

I LOVED Pru and Finn’s friendship from the start, but there relationship was something special. They wanted the exact opposite when it came to relationships and family. Pru wanted it all, she was the girl who didn’t really have that growing up and Finn, didn’t want to put anyone through the pain of losing him given his career choice of being a firefighter. They had chemistry that was through the roof. Finn was super swoony and caring and loving and so supportive.

The Best Friend Problem is a super sweet best friends to lovers romance with a sweet adorable baby added into the mix. Definitely a must read for anyone looking for a light hearted romance.
