Kaylee Ryan is not a new to me author, I’ve read almost all of her books and this one is HANDS DOWN my favorite!

Lucas Prescott is different, in the best way possible. He has a confidence about himself that is attractive, he isn’t overly cocky in how he acts either. He is ULTIMATE BOOK BOYFRIEND material. The man is sexy, swoon worthy, caring, and the list could go on and on.

Addyson has had it with men. She is done with them, taking a break from the dating game. While enjoying a night out with her best friend, going through the list of all her failed relationships, Lucas and his friend Justin decide to join them.

There is an instant connection between Addy and Lucas, of course, Addy is sticking with her plan of no men. Lucas is determined to show her that not all men are terrible, that he will be the difference. But will he be able to convince her?

I was completely hooked on this book from there very first page. It was easy to connect with the characters and the story. Plus, I’m sure we have all been where Addy is at some point in our lives. Not only were the main characters absolutely fantastic, but so were the secondary characters. I ABSOLUTELY adored both Harper and Justin and their chemistry with each other. The four friends together was amazing, I seriously felt like I was there just enjoying a BBQ with them all thanks to Kaylee’s writing.

Whether you’ve read a book by Kaylee or she is a new to you author this book is MUST READ! It is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC from start to finish.

Cheap Trick deserves an infinite amount of stars, I loved it that much. If you’ve read the previous books in the Dawson Family series, you’ve met the twins, Logan and Owen. This is Logan’s story.

First off, I LOVE Emily’s writing. The way she describes a scene you feel like you are right there with the characters and I know I have said that in other reviews of her books that I’ve done, but it is still true and it is something that I love.

Secondly, Danielle. I have never loved a heroine more than I loved Danielle. She is EXTREMELY relatable, especially for me on a personal level. I instantly connected with her character and that is rare for me when it comes to heroines. She was lost, she didn’t know what she wanted in her life, she didn’t feel like her life was together. Who knew a trip to the local bar at 1 AM on a Thursday could forever change her life? Grandpa was my absolutely favorite, that man was full of wisdom. I highlighted EVERYTHING he said in the prologue because they are good reminders that we all need at times. The growth of Danielle from the start to the end was inspiring and just another thing I loved about her.

Now, Logan. The man is seriously swoon worthy. He was instantly attracted to Danielle. That very first moment he saw her, he was hooked. Of course, when she tells him she doesn’t have plans to stay, everything is temporary he doesn’t pursue anything. Instead they become best friends and coworkers. I loved Logan, he was sweet, supportive, caring, HOT…I could go on and on.

Danielle and Logan together are perfect. Their chemistry is off the charts! I loved their friendship; it was so natural and easy going. There wasn’t any sort of awkwardness between them as they navigated through their fake relationship.

There were also many great Dawson Family moments throughout the story. I was cracking up whenever Quinn and her love of cats was mentioned, because she is truly the crazy cat lady and it’s hard not to love her for it. Plus, more of Archer, Wes, Scarlet, Dean and unfortunately, Kara (I’m still not a fan of her). I’ve completely fallen in love with this family.

I was completely hooked on this book from the very first word and couldn’t put it down. It had me laughing, swooning, fanning myself, ugly crying and just smiling out of pure joy. Everything about it was perfect from the description of the scenes, the characters and just the flow of the story.

This can be read as a standalone, but I HIGHLY suggest to start from the very beginning so you can fall in love with the Dawson family from the very beginning.

Cheap Trick is a MUST READ and a HIGHLY RECOMENDED read from me!

I went into this book completely blind. I didn’t read the blurb. That being said I love Kristin Mayer, so I knew that this book would be amazing and I was not disappointed.

Addilyn was abandoned, she was hurt, she was drug through the trenches and still has managed to come out strong on the other end. She is a true fighter, especially when she could have given up so many times. I love a strong heroine.

Lucian, that man is EXTREMELY swoon worthy. His protectiveness, his sweet side, his kind side and well, the man is HOT. Like, Addilyn he has been through a lot and has continued to put the needs of others in front of his own and just has their best interest at heart.

Remmy, sweet, adorable Remmy stole the story. I absolutely LOVED every single scene with him in it. They were adorable. Lucian and Remmy together was a serious ovary explosion! ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE and SWEET!

This story was pure PERFECTION and I loved every single moment about it. This is another fantastic story by Kristin Mayer and a MUST READ.

I’ve read the Misadventures series books by Elizabeth Hayley and absolutely loved them so when I got the chance to read this one I jumped all over it and it DID NOT disappoint.

Amanda has strict rules that she ALWAYS follows when it comes to “dating”. These rules may have made her a snob, but she has been hurt in the past so they rules are in place to protect her from getting hurt again. She has a good job, she has a friend with benefits and she does Crossfit to unwind from the day.Hot as sin Crossfit instructor, Shane loves to push Amanda’s buttons. But, Amanda also loves to push his buttons back.

The banter between Amanda and Shane is HILARIOUS throughout the entire story. I found myself laughing so hard at their jabs towards one another. Their overall chemistry was completely undeniable. Shane was on a mission to break all of Amanda’s rules. Amanda was determined to keep Shane form breaking them. Of course, the more time they spend together the more Amanda starts to let down her walls and let Shane into her life.

This story was lighthearted and it was hilarious thanks to the banter and Amanda’s lack of filter. For fans of Rom-Com’s this is MUST READ or really anyone who loves a great romance novel.

Twisted is the first book in a new series involving the Chicago Underground and this book is definitely twisted.

I was hooked on this story from the beginning. I wanted to knew what was going on, who is behind everything, why are they doing it. I have about a million questions running through my mind and couldn’t stop reading because I wanted my answers.

I am also fascinated about Kader. From the bits and pieces we got throughout Twisted I know there is so much more to this man and to his story and I am DYING to find out! Laurel, there isn’t as much as a mystery to her, but I feel like there is more of her story we don’t know.

The chemistry between Kader and Laurel is undeniable, they tried to deny it, but you can only deal with the tension for so long before someone caves.

This story is fully of mystery and it is steamy. TWISTED does an AMAZING job of setting up the story and the plot for the following books in the series and I CANNOT WAIT to see what is in store next for Kader and Laurel.

Chloe and Oliver grew up together, they were born days apart, their mothers are best friends. Chloe and Oliver were rivals, friends, and enemies throughout the course of their relationship. They dared each other, they placed bets, they fought. The tension between the two of them was off the charts and ultimately ended up in Chloe being completely shattered and hating Oliver forever….or so she thought.

I LOVED this second chance romance. Chloe and Oliver’s tension/chemistry led to AMAZING banter between the two. Their chemistry was undeniable. I loved the flashbacks throughout the story to learn more details about key points in their relationship, whether it be good or bad. There is a little mystery surrounding Oliver and his true intentions when it comes to Chloe and the real reason he wants her back.

Chloe is an amazing heroine. She is strong, she can throw the punches back to Oliver and I loved that about her. Oliver, he took some getting used to. He comes across as the rich arrogant kid and he kind of continues that throughout the story but he does eventually redeem himself at times.

I was completely hooked on this story from the very beginning. It is a fantastic second chance romance that is full of chemistry. This is MUST READ book!

Max Monroe have done it again and Trent may be my new favorite billionaire. The man is seriously SWOON WORTHY (Sorry not sorry Thatch). Not only is Trent fantastic, but Greer, I seriously LOVE that girl! This book had me laughing the entire way through. Max Monroe seriously kill it when it comes to hilarious billionaire romances.

Trent and Greer do not like each other, especially after Greer bashes Trent’s fathers hotel right in front of him. Whoops. Greer is the newly hired designer for the new hotel Trent is heading up for his father in New Orleans, these two can’t stand each other but they have to work closely together for MONTHS. Their banter is off the charts along with their chemistry.

Watching their relationship develop from enemies, to friends, to slowly starting to give into their connection and kindle melting chemistry is fantastic and a nice progression. Nothing about this story felt rushed.

Of course, they have an hilarious group of friends who plot against them throughout the story. Greer’s best friend is protective of her and will fight for her girl, but she also wants to see her happy. Trent’s two best friends, Quince and Cap, are also fantastic. Cap may be one of my favorite Max Monroe characters EVER! He was hilarious and I seriously can’t wait for more of him in the future.

Whether you’re new to Max Monroe or you’ve read every single book they have released this is one story that you DO NOT WANT TO MISS! This will have you laughing the entire way through (seriously the warning they provide is legit).

I’m not new to Lauren Layne’s books and I have absolutely loved everything I have read by her and this one was no different.

First off, I love how Naomi, Claire and Audrey become friends. It was different, unique and gives them a fun story how they all connected. Passion on Park Avenue is Naomi’s story.

Her lease is up, so time to beginning apartment hunting, until she receives a phone call to interview for an apartment on 517 Park Ave. When she goes to her interview, she runs into the bane of her childhood existence. She instantly recognizes Oliver, but he has no idea who she is, other than the fact that he is EXTREMELY fascinated with this woman. She’s a puzzle he wants to solve.

The relationship was Oliver and Naomi is slow build. It started out as enemies, well mostly for Naomi, then slowly developed into a friendship, then slowly that friendship became something more. Though, Naomi was still hiding her true identity from Oliver. She wasn’t out for revenge against what him and his family did to her but she was looking for closure on that chapter of her life.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. It was fun, light, refreshing and sweet. There were some passionate kisses, but this book wasn’t heavy on the steamy scenes, but honestly I think it was perfect for the story.

I can’t wait to see what is in store next with the second book, which we already know is Claire’s story. For any fans of Lauren Layne or anyone look for a refreshing romance story I HIGHLY recommend this book!

Everly Dalton is a dating disaster. Despite her mishaps in the dating world she is a ray of sunshine. She exudes happiness to everyone around her and it is hard not to smile. Who wouldn’t want to be her best friend?

Shephard Calloway is a robot (at least according to Everly). He’s a businessman, all work, cold, focused. At least that is what he wants people to believe, but really there is so so so so much more to this man. He is sweet, caring, full of love and of course HOT AF. Plus, there are parts that are seriously kindle melting.

Shep is her boss, but he needs someone to play his fake girlfriend, so who else do you call? Your executive assistant. He had NO IDEA how gorgeous Everly truly was both inside and out and the more time they spent together the more the walls and layers come down. Their rollercoaster of a relationship was fantastic from the very start and watching their relationship grow was natural and pure perfection.

Of course, Everly had to have some of the best girlfriends EVER. I absolutely LOVED Nora and Hazel. They were a hoot and I loved how much they cared for Everly. Again, I’d love to be best friends with this crazy group! I hope we see more of this group in the future!

This story was perfection from the very beginning and a MUST READ book! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone and everyone! Claire Kingsley had the perfect mix have laughs, steamy and romance.
