babyyy my blood pressure!

This read is going to evoke emotions, mostly anger because Jareem was a villain’s villain, ain’t no redeeming him. He is not only a snake but a delusional snake but the organization made it too easy for him because WHO WAS LOYAL?!

Y’all should’ve seen my face as I was reading this book because I didn’t read the synopsis or the category

Love to see my sisters being loved right

OK one thing about me, I love a romance that starts with a black woman enforcing her boundaries and moving TF around when she recognizes she’s not being loved the way she’s supposed to be. and don’t sleep on the replacement because he’s gonna know what to do with it😜.

Taurus was grumpy but he was also so sweet, and he really showed genuine care/concern for Savannah from the beginning. It wasn’t nothing for him to make sure she was safe and had everything she needed before they were even deep. & Savannah had the charm on from day one. Overall, I enjoyed it and I highly recommend you read it.

Love

No, I really broke my own heart reading this BECAUSE I knew it was going to be sad and I read it anyway

Looking forward to the next

5 stars because Paranormal romance have a hold on me & this is a good story. I’ve seen some of the reviews and I will admit I have unanswered questions after finishing this book BUT this is a series and the author is building a world so I think answers are forthcoming. Also I’d like that they kept their heads on a swivel but they still had moments to connect and to love each other. What’s coming nicks has me very curious.

Open to Love

I’m always here for Black Women being loved right (especially after trauma). Mitchell was rough around the edges but the care & protection was there from the beginning.

& I love a “let me learn how” type of man, put that ego to the side for the person you care about. Lavish was guarded & rightfully so, it took her a while to open up but this was a nice story. I really wanted to see her go to therapy because healing is beautiful. Beautiful ending!
