I loved every minute I spent back in this world.❤ Scorpius is my new favorite!
I know before starting one of Colleens books I will be sucked right in from page one. Like Alice when she fell down the rabbit hole that is what it is like reading one of her books. This book is honestly best going into knowing nothing about the plot because you will be experiencing all the emotions that the main character faces. This book will make you think. It will make you think about judgement and how things are not always black or white. It will break your heart(as Colleen loves to do), but by the end you will feel stronger. This is now one of my favorite books of all time. Colleen is the Queen of my heart.
If I hadn't just started a new job I would have finished this in like 1 day! This duology was so fun to read! This sequel was even better than the first! I laughed, cried, held my breath and ultimately finished this with a smile on my face. I came to love so many of the characters! I highly recommend this!
You know a book is good whenever it keeps you up all night because you have to know what happens next! I LOVED this story! It kept me guessing the whole way through and now I am dying to read book 2! If you are looking for a thrill ride, this is it!
I would of gave it 1 star if I did not finish it. However I was able to finish it in hopes of a big revelation, but these characters were more annoying than anything else and never experienced any transformation or redemption. Travis was bat shit crazy and Abby should of left his ass about half way through the book. The writing was not awful, but the story was pretty pointless.
I don't read very much middle grade, but this book sounded too good to pass up. It was creepy and wonderful! I can't wait to read book 2! The App that goes with it really added to the story and made it even creepier!
As a HUGE walking dead fan I LOVE a good zombie book. This one was pretty good. I loved how haunting the writing was and I think Ryan really captured the contrast of beauty and horror in a zombie apocolypse world. It was a tad slow, but it was enjoyable and interesting to read.
