i really enjoyed the relationship between the characters and the mythology of the world they live in, but I saw the silas thing coming from a mile away..so that's why it wasn't five stars for me.

it was purdy dang slow in the middle, but the ending was bad ass :)

so fantastically creepy and magical<3

I really identified with Isadora in her struggle with her parents. Sometimes our parents don't show that they love us in the ways we wish they would and therefore we may not think they love as much as we love them or they may not love us at all, but most of the time they do and the ways they show they love us does not equate to love in our eyes. As I've gotten older I have come to the realization Isadora comes to at the end of the book. Besides that aspect the whole mythology of the book was awesome and as always Kiersten White has oftentimes hilarious characters throughout. I loved it and would really love a second book with interaction between the egyptian and greek gods in relation to Isadora's and Ry's relationship.

I loved this story. The relationship between fia and annie reminds me of the relationship I have with my sister. I am really looking forward to the next book!

even better than the first! <3

I have never read a book where one get's to be present for all of a characters life and it has made me become the most connected with a character than I have ever been before. I <3 alma. I <3 her story. I <3 everything about this book.
