This book is easily on my top 10 favorite books I've read this year list! If you enjoy stellar world building, incredible characters, heists, talking keys, and complex wholly original magic systems then this fantasy is for you! It blew me away with the creativity of the world and the depth and breadth of the story! This novel is very intricate while at the same time being wholly accessible. I had an absolute blast reading this book and I can't recommend it enough! I am very excited to see what happens next!
I know plenty of people who would benefit from reading this "Manuel". I however was not one of them. That's not to say I didn't enjoy my time reading this book, but I didn't learn a whole lot of new information that I didn't already know. I love this author's hilarious writing, but I did not personally feel like this book was a necessary read for me personally as I already was privy to much of what the author talked about. I would recommend this for all freshman's in college to read to give them a nice introduction to pertinent information about society and a framework on how to do better and therefore be better. The only real gripe I had with this book was the oftentimes rant-like prose that felt like the author was just complaining instead of informing the reader. Overall I feel like this book would benefit a lot of people who need to wake up.
I picked this book up because I recently watched the show on Hulu and loved it, but then I found out it got cancelled, so I decided to find the book and see how it ends. The book was very similar to the show, but went in a bit of a different direction which I preferred to the book. I really enjoyed this story though and Plum is a feminist for a modern era. I believe a lot of women would benefit from reading this subversive, but inspiring book.
Just finished reading this and I loved it! I highly recommend it to those who are wanting to learn more about feminism and to those who have been feminists for a while. Learning from some amazing ladies what the f-word means to them left me feeling inspired and these essays are a great example of the beauty of intersectional feminist voices. I like my feminism diverse, truthful, and fun and this wonderful collection was all three. Spice up your life and read this wonderful book!
"At a time when we are too often being reminded of what divides us, there is common ground to be found when we share our stories."

Such a scary, heartbreaking, thrilling, romantic, and ultimately hopeful story. I hope the people of the world get their shit together before the world ends up as it did in this book, but I believe that even if it does go this way that their is still hope for a future and a better tomorrow.
A perfect Christmas read! This book was a wonderful little rom-com that left me feeling warm and fuzzy by the end!
The Christmas Carol story is one of my favorites and the art is gorgeous!
This book was laugh out loud funny, extremely heartbreaking, heartwarming and just perfect!
This book was like the bad novelization of a mediocre Hallmark movie (and I like Hallmark movies). I was expecting to highly enjoy this gender swapped Pride & Prejudice retelling, but instead I found myself struggling to finish it (and it's a short book!). I finally sat down and skimmed the last third of it. It had a few cute parts, but the story did not flow well and there was no chemistry between Darcy and Luke. I've read so many better Holiday books than this one.
