DNF at 9%. Already the writing was too repetitive, and the frequent “what happened to us….” mentions were very “if it wasn’t for the baby” Peeta energy. I was already frustrated by the writing more than I was intrigued by the characters or plot.

I think the content of this book is incredibly important and I usually enjoy the graphic novel form for topics like this; however, in this instance the pages became too busy and text heavy. I found the book confusing, especially reading on an e-reader, so I didn’t pick it back up 

Major dialogue issues.

The concept for this book is so rich and interesting, but the style of the writing does not maintain the weight of this idea. The text does drag and it’s far to long of a book to stick it out. 

Not for me. A lot of killing cats and animals for little to no literary value.
