More pastoral in nature exegesis of Psalms. Accessible with depth, which is often hard to find. Recommended for preaching.

(Resource used for Ps 23 sermon)

Short, but real. Not the best book ever, but rightfully awarded a Newbery. Any book that can talk about death from a child's eyes is beautiful in my book, and MacLachlan does this quite well.

And she sings. <3

This is an amazing story. Walls' compassion is incredible, and it's truly amazing that she has become who she is. Extremely well written, sad, angry, and compassionate.

Finally! A book about Christianity that doesn't make me feel weird for being an artist. Smith was instrumental in my finding ways to do art collaborations with others.
