Not enough detail or plot points through the book. Was just bored 

Was just too slow and I’ve realized I’m more so a thriller fan vs. classic mystery. I did enjoy the gothic themes, but not the storyline 

Not a lot of plot throughout book and I could tell it was a debut novel unfortunately.
