I liked this. It was fine. Not ground breaking or anything but I did enjoy it.

A tour de force of science fiction and a classic for a reason. A difficult book to walk into but the result is incredibly rewarding with a rich story of how religious institutions and corrupt politics shape our world and the Fremen.

It was a fun ride. The ending didn’t really sit well with me but I guess it was inevitable. Didn’t really like the description they gave Revan but I guess I clung to my play through of KOTOR a bit much as I read.

Fuck this book. I hate it. Slow , slow, slow and the plot doesn’t start until the last 100 pages. Never touching this series again.

A fitting conclusion to the comics. Sucks that we never got more Dawn of the Jedi comics because of Disney. It’s a neat concept and the characters are pretty cool as well.

I liked this a bit better than the previous volume. Still a fun adventure and look forward to the conclusion.

First in my Star Wars Legends-A-Thon and it’s an okay book. Fun enough but the constant back and forth with the flashbacks got annoying after a while and the mystery was not explained and probably won’t be explained since Disney got its hands on the franchise soon after this was published so this is no longer canon. What a shame.

It’s taken me years to finally read through the book and I am most pleased with myself for doing so. This was a heartbreaking and lovely version of the book Iliad and the ten years, almost as long as the Greeks sat on that beach, Mrs. Miller took to create this novel was well worth it. A triumph.
