I looked this all over, and it is not something to "read" but something to just pour over and enjoy, over and over again. Great addition to the collection.

Insta-love and Insta-lust tale set in Civil War era America, loosely based Wuthering Heights. Very poetic and dreamy language, I'm just not sold on the main relationship.

I never read any Lloyd Alexander as a kiddo, so thought I would try this series out because apparently Disney may be re-doing the film AND the 50th Anniversary editions are a marvel and lovely to hold in your hands.

I enjoyed the tale for the most part, but as an adult reader I found the writing very choppy and lacking on important world-building details that I personally crave. I'm going to set this series aside until I can read them aloud to my daughter.

I got about halfway through and realized I just didn't care to finish. I adored [b:Major Pettigrew's Last Stand|6643090|Major Pettigrew's Last Stand|Helen Simonson|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1320539020s/6643090.jpg|6837577] because the story felt fresh (and was set in modern times). Unfortunately for this story, I felt like I had already read it.

A bit too jumbly and pretentious for me.

I read a few of these "letters" and while charming I wasn't compelled to read the entire book. Not sure what the non-library worker will get out of this either, but if you love books, worth a flip through.

Received an ARC from Bookish First, and started reading but after the first chapter I stopped. Just not clicking for me at the moment.

I believe teens will like the story, but I soon figured out the connection between the two female lead characters (as confirmed by flipping to the end).

A delightfully naughty romance featuring a virgin witch, a "cock-blocking" demon, and a long-term couple, a vampire and a werewolf, who are more than happy to add a third to their already hot as all get out relationship. Especially if it means their sexual prowess can help banish the witch's demon forever.

A beautifully arranged craft book for the pro-DIY'er. Lovely, full color photographs of each project with clear steps on how to accomplish them. This book is not for the faint of heart, the newbie, or those on a budget, as most of the projects require a long list of materials to achieve the results. I did appreciate the included templates at the back and enjoyed reading about the various techniques used to achieve the details on each paper plant. Will definitely add to my library's collection.
