Cute story, not too angsty, happily ever after. Perfect summer read.

I LOVED Lovecraft Country. I was excited to return to these characters, and for the most part, I really enjoyed this book. Good narrative, faithful to the characters, anytime an author can get me like sci-fi and fantasy is great (not my preferred genres by a mile). My complaint about the book is a big one though. I don't like the way this book was structured with the short chapters. The pacing was breakneck, and it felt rushed especially in the last third. Again, the story/plot itself is good, and I can see why the book lends itself to the shorter chapters, etc., but it wasn't as satisfying a read as the first book. Recommended though.

Cute story, very happy ending. Almost annoyingly so.

Devastating. Infuriating. Harrowing. Hopeful.

Cute AF, literary Zoloft

Cute as hell.

The open relationship aspect was interesting but the narrators were not very compelling. I like how respectful the book is of asexual people and talking about the aspects of open relationships. I wanted better characters.

Sweet story but could've used about 75 less pages.

Intriguing story even if the writing style drove me a little crazy at times

I'm not an adventure fan, but I wanted to try this one for my school library.
