i liked this a lot! heavy topics but well written 

cute and funny and even more heartwarming than the podcast. 

a little bit textbook-y but not overwhelming. interesting and digestible. 

the audiobook is read by people from the good place, and that in itself brought me a lot of joy!!

yes, the author is a researcher, BUT this book is so approachable that i think i was learning without realizing it

i still don’t really know how i feel about this one. relationships with family are complicated, and even more so when fame and money and complex relationships are thrown in. this book kept me curious and compassionate, and i hope jenny pentland is doing okay

intriguing and a bit disturbing?? i kept reading but felt a little uneasy while doing so.
