I tried to like this, because I adore geeks in love. But the characters in this are bland and one-sided, and nearly everything they do and say seems implausible and juvenile. Everyone is like a stereotype from a teen drama and the story itself feels boring with not much happening.

What a conceited, clichéd and boring male lead. For a few pages I thought it could be funny - maybe I hoped he was being a bit self-deprecating. But it is really hard to root for a guy who has zero respect for women and takes NO as a challenge (that's not sexy, it's fucking creepy and disgusting).
