Did Not Finish 2 stars for at least having me come back a second time to try and finish.

This is the second time I tried to read this book, still couldn't get through it. I like the premise and from the description it would typically be a book I am into. I'm sure its a good read if you can get passed the first few chapters, I just don't have any desire to do that.

Nothing too over the top but spicy. Id give it 3 chili peppers in that regard. I was on the search for a Buffy/Angel romance Forbidden lovers without the super natural.

I like Stacey's writing style quick read finished it in one sitting.

Okay, so I couldn't finish this. I was so excited but at this point in life I'm not wasting time on things that don't spark any intrigue.

I'm sure its a good enough book but 50 ish pages in it was a no for me.

Don’t get me wrong the spice is pretty tame from some of the others I have read, but I love this group of characters. I like how all of the relationships of the friends are so healthy. It helps keep me tuned in. I’m probably going to continue reading the whole series because I want to see where everyone goes.

yikes... well this just wasnt for me. I loved The Perfect Marriage but this was dull and I did not like the characters at all.

We all knew her life was rough but yikes, the first 10 pages of this book were wild. Brittney is far more forgiving and kind than I will ever be.
