Well, this was not at all what expected to happen. It was a quick read with a decent plot and pretty decent characters.
In all honesty if it didnt make me feel the way it did at the end it would probably be a 3 star. The ending though makes you really judge your ability to tell who the good people are.

Very quick read, but really good. Sisters who are intertwined with violence, trauma, lies, and so much more.
It was really good, the writing was clear and easy. Oyinkan writes in such a natural way, she is telling you a story but almost as though she is writing you a secrete note. Adding to the list of the best books this year.
