Beast boy had a really good speech this issue and I'm happy that they are focusing more on the relationships the Teen Titans have to each other than on the action. Great issue!

I really do enjoy team ups that involve characters consistently fighting with each other. I think it allows a lot of space for the characters to grow. The great thing is that Robin and Superboy balance each other out. Damian's strong suit is investigation and hacking while Superboy can see things that Damian can't because of his powers. At some point Jon uses his superior vision to point out the location of someone they are looking for. It would have taken Damian a week to slow down the footage to the point that he could see the same thing. They make a good team and most of their disagreements are hilarious and entertaining to see. I can't say their fathers will be very happy to find out that they are sneaking out in the middle of the night of their own accord to go on private missions. I have a feeling that won't be a pleasant conversation.
EDIT: I should probably add that Reggie is psychotic and the consequences to the people part of this experiment mentioned in this issue are horrible.

It's nice to see Damian and Jon team up. They have very different personalities due to their starkly different upbringing and parentage. Robin seems to be helping Superboy pave his way to becoming a superhero in ways he probably wouldn't have on his own. Despite Damian's arrogance, he is starting a great partnership with Jon that I'm sure can lead to a strong friendship and mutual respect in the future. This story has a huge amount of room for development that I hope DC will exploit.

Robin is pathetically reluctant to ask for help in this issue despite Superboy's pleas. Honestly, I think his arrogance is once again becoming a problem. Their back and forth banter is still funny, but the struggles of working together are really starting to show now. More backstory is given for Reggie's bizzare behavior. I feel bad for the kid at this point honestly, but he still needs to be stopped. Jon and Damian are dealing with a lot by the end of this issue. Let's hope they are able to work together and get past their differences. It's becoming a running joke that Jon almost forgets to call Damian Robin. Real cute.
